The customer service is exceptional and staff were so friendly and extremely helpful and treated us very well we went to a hotel which was dirty and mold was everywhere we had a child and a woman with asthma so we called them 3.30 in the morning trying to find somewhere to sleep and they managed to give us 2 rooms and let us check in instantly the rooms were very clean and well maintained and the hotel itself is lovely plus the location is great its near the beach and couple of minutes near the restaurants and near the agora couldn't have asked for a better hotel...

The perfect spot, a beautiful spotless privately owned hotel. George and his wife went above and beyond.

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel for 500e a night, this place is not for you! If you are looking for the best beach location and food (Manos beach bar and restaurant), best hotel value in Lemnos (around 100e) and the most eager to help husband and wife team (George and Friday) this place is for you! Also, breakfast is included along with an impeccable underutilized swimming pool and a huge balcony. We stayed at this fully booked hotel for 10 days in August with our 7 year old son and 2 year daughter and couldn't have been more satisfied! The sweet girl Norella, working at the breakfast buffet even offered to make us Greek coffee every morning. we didn't know that it's included for free and frappe and bottled water too! Any requests we had about the room, like hot towels or changing the bedsheets, were happily provided by the staff. It's true, the hotel is a little dated but we found out that every year they are continously making efforts to improve it. They recently upgraded the hot water system to solar panels, installed brand new LG LCD tv's in every room and added Wi-Fi range extenders throughout the hotel. The only problem we had the first night we got there we're the freaking mosquitos!! Somebody forgot to close the balcony sliding door and when we entered I had to kill 4 of them. Sorry bug lovers but it was either me or them! When I complained to the receptionist Vasso, she immediately provided us the plug in type mosquito repellant and it worked like a charm. Also, the bed mattress was a little firm, which some people may like but we prefer a softer memory foam type mattress. Definitely coming back here next year in July! If you can, avoid August it's crazy crowded!

We stayed here for three nights. They only changed the sheets onvce but not the towels. The room was very dirty. The sheets and the towels had black stains and bad smell. The pillow cases had holes. In the rooms there are broken windows repaired with tape!! In the shower the bathroom telephone had a leak and at the last day it was completely broken. The breakfast buffet had little things of bad quality. Most of the glasses were broken and after they told them they didn't removed them. The coffee cups are full of coffee stains. There is only one type of coffee and one type of tea. The buffet says that it closes at 10 and when we asked them for some omelette at 9.30 they refused to serve any more. The pool is very small and it has a lot of dead insects inside. Finally the place is very expensive. I would give only 30 to 40 for a night and not the amount they charged us. REPLY to the REPLY on 17/8/2019: Unfortunately we visited the island for a wedding so we have information about the prices and services for a lot of different places around Myrina and other nearby villages. Your service seem to be bad and highly priced. Besides that, our first experience of the place before we even got in the room was the room service girls talking in the corridor about the mess they find in the rooms, so they did for our room too! What mess can someone leave in an empty room? We didn't moved any furniture and didn't mess anything else! Except of that we came to the reception two times to ask for clean towels and no one asked an excuse for that! You only said "OK we will brink some new ones". All the people in the island that are proud of their services didn't hesitate to ask us if everything was alright. You never asked us if everything was alright. Probably because you know that it isn't!! As for the buffet. There is only filter coffee and maybe "Greek Frape" there is no espresso. This makes 2 kinds of coffee and their variations of cold/hot with and without milk. Another thing I forgot was the tea spoons that were all from different cutlery sets!!! Thanks for make me remember my student years :) Please don't push it further. Ask for an excuse some times.

Positive: Spacious, comfortable room-very clean-convenient location-friendly staff. Highly recommended.. Negative: There weren’t any “do not disturb” signs. Some of us prefer to sleep in during our summer vacation mornings! ?.

Positive: Verny nice hotel - 2 min walking distance from best beach in Myrina and 10-15 minutes wlaking to center and old port. Nearby a lot of free parking spaces. Staff is very nice - give us excelent suggestions for nearby sights and restaurants..

Positive: The owner, Iorgos, was very helpful with advice about the island, things to do and places to eat / drink. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Breakfast was various and good. Good value for money accommodation. Public parking spaces just in front of the hotel..

Positive: Manager , George and wife Via. Staff... Vaso, Joanna and Stavroula superb. Breakfast with plenty of variation. Rooms great and clean. Nice view of Sunset and sea. George was helpful with our trips around the Island as we used a Hire Car to see as much as we could. He even arranged a 4 x 4 for the North of the Island as roads are rough. We were even given local Tavernas to visit for our evening meals. There are good sights to see around the Island. The Beaches are superb. Always a happy greeting from Vaso when we returned late evening.. Negative: With the advent of Covid the plunge Pool was taken out for our duration. Not Hotels fault. Greek directive..
