★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming family run hotel about 10 minutes walk to either Mylopotas Beach or the town. The family/staff at the hotel truly care about making your stay as enjoyable as possible, and offered all kinds of great recommendations on what to do while on the island. The pool area is great for relaxing, and has a great view of Mylopotas Beach. The food served poolside was outstanding, as were the cocktails. Definitely recommend staying here if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've stayed in a few hotels in ios over the last few years but this is by far our favourite. The breathtaking views, delicious breakfast, refreshing cocktails and excellent value make it our choice every time now. More than that, the family are so friendly, they really make us feel at home. Such lovely people. Stay here at least a couple of nights and see for yourself. Nowhere else comes close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not surprised that Hotel Katerina has got 5 stars... it is THE BEST hotel I have ever been! If I enjoyed my staying in Ios, more than 50% is because of the comfort and the beauty of the hotel, best position in the island both for youngs and for couples. The staff is too polite and helpful, expecially when they gave us a ride at 10 PM to the harbour (for free!). That was last year but I will surely come back one day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic place to stay with amazing views over Mylopotas beach and onto Santorini.
The rooms and the rest of the hotel, including the pool area, are very clean. Breakfast and the rest of the "snack" menu beats any restaurant nearby. Walking distance (10-20 min) to the main beach, more quiet unorganized beaches, and the old city. The bus stops every 15 min just near the hotel if you're tired of walking up and down hills.
The family running the hotel is incredibly hospitable and eager to help out - they made our stay very relaxing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel Katerina is very beautiful Hotel with nice rooms and tidy surroundings.The sea view from the room balcony was unbeatable. We Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was extra from à la carte, but very tasty so it was worth it. To the beach is easy to walk, but back though I recommend taking a bus. Ticket cost was 1.60 EUR. The bus drove once an hour. A hotel definitely worth a stay!
