★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so bad, the service is nice, it is located in a good spot, it is very clean, beds are comfy and balconies are nice. But: bathrooms could better (too narrow baths, no clogs etc), breakfasts are dull and weak and a fridge doesn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is clean and situated right in the center of the city. The breakfast is rich but i would welcome more local kinds of chease and sausages. The personel was very helpful. A small but very cool pool on the rooftop if you are visiting during the summer. The rooms are great with tv and minibar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on city center, rooms are clean and comfortable, decoration and fernitures need renovation. Breakfast is good but could be much better. Very polite and helpful staff. Every time I'm visiting Karditsa I'm booking on same hotel cause I feel comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, central but quiet neighborhood. Already famous for its cleaning standards, everything was great! Breakfast is varied and plentiful! Room service-impeccable, serving dinner in style and the food - delicious! Most important, the staff is fantastic! Extremely helpful they are available anytime to offer their services and advise you about anything you may need. We felt really welcome and we will always return here with pleasure.
