★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleaning needs lots of improvement. Lack of personnel and lack of training. Definitely not a 5 star hotel!! Breakfast is quite poor and not good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our super star famous comedian leo from Australia had the best experience there ever . He loved the dips in the pool and the service was good. Would like to suggest some pool side starters to be added to the pool lounge menu like Boston lobster rolls , Rhode Island crab cakes and chilli lime margaritas . Hope we visit you soon again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a 5 star hotel the food was terrible and the quantity of foods was limited to 5 dishes including fries and a very small piece of dessert. As for the rooms the bathroom didnt have a door, it had a push door that could be opened with a small push and no locks, and there was a window with a non easy to see through tinted glass pane right next to the shower, BUT as i said "not EASY to see through" but you could still see what was happening inside the bathroom... The bed sheets had holes on them and they never changed your dirty towels they just fold them and put them back in place. The sofa was torn apart on the bottom part on every hotel room i checked. The hotel is right next to a dirty river that destroys the whole asthetic of the place and the pools are dirty filled with a wierd brown mud like substance.. I do not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the hotel for October long weekend (28). While the hotel has various facilities, it was disappointing for us as a family. The indoor pool was closed. The entrance/ reception area is very cold and unreceptive, we sat with family for tea/coffee and needed our coats inside! Also asked for lights to be fixed in room, this was not done nor did we receive an extra pillow we requested twice from reception. For an autumn/winter break I would question how it accommodates guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the excuse of Covid, the breakfast has been downgraded a lot. The Internet connection had problems and the dinner was problems. (Bad smell in pizza cheese). Very disappointed for the amount of price. We also had asked for a double bed room and we got a room with 2 single beds and 1 wet of towels. My experience was of a 3 star hotel for the price of 5 star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service at the outdoor pool, first question is if you are going to swim and if you paid the ticket! Our coffee was served in dirty plastic glasses, which is unacceptable especially due to covid-19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a five star hotel I am a bit dissatisfied.The food was pretty low quality and very dry.My biggest problem was the toilets’ doors.THEY WERE MADE OUT OF BLURRY GLASS.You could see whatever was happening in there and it could not close so there was always a gap.It was like there was no door.In every single room.Not deserved the five stars
