The Spa was closed without prior notice. Yet I had to pay the full rate. Dear owners, please keep your booking.com listing up to date! WiFi is slow: 5 MBit/s down and 1 MBit/s up

Clean and polite, but if you are done raising children this place is NOT for you! Too many small children an no place around the pool for adults, teen, and tweens to swim or relax. Also, I still am not sure why I should stay here to enjoy amenities. Families and friends keep walking in taking over the pool and beach. I suggest the hotel do more to make guest feel special, and make the public wish they were staying here. Lots of potential! Lovely people and great breakfast. But my full room rate seems to be paying for other locals to just walk in. Finally, the spa would be much more enjoyable if the robes were not torn and old. Very clean, but again- they need to be more thoughtful about their paying summer customers and less concerned with serving the local population. For adults traveling in August, don’t stay here if you are looking for a quiet time on the beach or pool unless you are traveling with grandchildren.

This is really a 4.5, but the stars don't work that way. This is a classy operation with an eye towards family fun and comfort. I have stayed here twice with my famiy in tow and would not hesitate to go back again. The entire staff is friendly and professional and actually seem happy to be there. They also speak English and German in addition to Greek that I know of. They take guest service seriously and have accommodated my various requests with kindness and competence. The facilities are rather new and stylish, especially the bathroom. Each room has a safe, too. Another bonus is the closeness to the beach allowing for ocean sounds at night. The mountain side is lined with beautiful olive trees and the rest of the landscaping is lush and full of good things like enormous mounds of rosemary at the entrance. A lovely place to recharge your soul in the heart of the Olympus mountain range.

A lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel facilities (dining room, swimming pool etc.) are functioning 'COVID style' (social distancing, breakfast being served rather than free buffet etc.). Given the circumstances, it's acceptable. A single disadvantage is the room shower, which is rather small, with water splashing everywhere (with no bath curtain or glass door) and the running water in shower switching constantly and un-expectedly from very hot to very cold. One needs to exercise quick 'evacuation jumps' in order not to freeze or get burned…

Avoid this place! I know that we are in a pandemic situation, but the prices are not! So for 4 + stars I was expecting to have proper services. 1. Restaurant - I felt every time like a beggar who is asking for food. Poor menu, small dishes, acceptable for 5 years old boy not for a man. 2. Room - one day they forgot the towels. Not a single towel was in the room. Asked once calling from the room, 10 minutes later went to reception and asked again. No reaction again. After 20 minutes found a guy who gave me towels :) 3. Cleaning - Next day after the towel story they just didn’t succeed to clean the room. 4. Internet - why do you need internet when you are on a vacation ?? Poor you. 20 years ago I had better connectivity at home. Don’t get me wrong, didn’t want to stream movies! I wanted simple stuff like checking my email or messages.

Black mold in the shower, a rusted toilet brush,.. when it comes to general cleanliness, the place leaves a lot to be wanted. Some of the staff is friendly, some aren't, it's a weird mix. The wifi in the room was constantly failing,... If you want to be near the beach, and that's all that matters to you, this hotel will suffice. If not... I am afraid it won't. They boast they were the first European hotel to be on 'Hotel Impossible', and I would suggest they participate again.

The vibes are fun and relaxed. The veiw of Mount Olympus and the Aegean Sea are spectacular. The private villa had a lovely pool with a privacy hedge between it and the main pool. Lemon Beach is so nice, and the path to the beach is lined with olive trees. It is family friendly, and has a spa. I accidentally chose this resort for my honeymoon, (do not use the hopper app), and I'm glad I spent the first part of our honeymoon here because it is such a laid back fun place.

What an amazing resort!! We had an amazing stay here; so glad we didn't listen to some of the reviews The whole team was so attentive and couldn't do enough to help. We celebrated my birthday and they even arranged a treat for me. Great selection at the breakfast buffet and restaurant/room service too. We booked an executive suite with double hot tub and it surpassed our expectations. It was a very comfortable room, very clean and spacious we barely left some days. Which unfortunately meant we didn't use their beautiful spa facilities. The location was good, next to the beach and we benefited from a sea view. Shirt stroll to their beautiful beach bar Le Moon. Less than 10minutes to Litohoro and the mountains are a definite must see. Not much to do in the immediate proximity though but this suited us fine. Be sure to call the wonderful Sakis to get your around and share his extensive local knowledge; great guy! All in all a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend ??
