S	Sofiane Javeed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this hotel before we read any reviews and hoped it wasn't as bad as most people said so. Unfortunately the hotel staff weren't very friendly for example I asked the owner of the hotel a question. who you would expect to welcome guests and be even more friendly however he appeared to be extremely arrogant and annoyed with the question I asked. The rooms were very stuffy, It was advertised as having air con, but on arrival we was told that we would have to pay. The room was outdated with small fragile beds which we had to be careful sleeping on as there is a list of prices on things you have to pay for if you break. On the upside the cleaning staff where extremely friendly and helped us out. I recommend if at all possible that if there are ANY other hotels available to book them instead.
Y	YouTube oscar yt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ June 2018 We stayed for 2 days and then check out into another hotel. Whatever you do Do not stay there. On arrival we had to pay £100 deposit and £50 for air-conditioning. Also you can not eat or drink your own food in there hotel and you can't use there towels in there swimming area. The staff are very rude and make you feel uncomfortable. Also on the Website it says a full English breakfast is included. Guess again it's not included. Also if your order food or drinks they will shout at customers to collect there food and drinks. Also Management fall a sleep by the bar and ignore customers. also you have to ask for TV controller and give it back on check out. This hotel is clearly not making any business and I guess the manger and staff are very upset so the are being horrible to customers. I believe that hotel does not have the funds to serve customers and I'm very surprised the place is not closed for business yet. Warning do not go there.
t	teodor jordanov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities were good but staff and management are really dodgy, they asked for £50 deposit from me and my mate (£100 total) and when we were checking out they said we broke the rules when we brought in 3 guests and charged us £90 (£30 per guest) but nobody told us anything about guests when we were checking in. Also after we first checked-in, one of the staff members offered to take us to our room and when trying to unlock the door, he purposefully bent the key and said in broken english "£15 at reception". Lastly, cleaners were really noisy every morning and would enter the room without knocking.
b	buckled natman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! during our stay at the hotel the staff were extremely rude! Particularly the austrailian man who is condensending and extremely patronising. As you arrive at the hotel you will be asked to give a 50 euro deposit to cover any damages. WARNING! They will do anything in there power to try to keep this 50 euros! The rude greek security guard checks the room and picks out damages in the room that were already there, he tried making us pay for a crack in the fridge and a slight mark in the sink! Through a period of debating this we each got 37euros of our 50 back this 13 euro each was due to some slight marks on the bed sheets which could be cleaned out easily as our flight was so soon we had no time to argue! All this being said the rooms were fairly nice and the young greek lady at reception was very kind and tried to convince the greek security to give us our full deposit.

J	Jason Pantelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this hotel, extra charges for Air Con (€50 a week), second set of keys (€10 per week) and security lockers (didn't check the price). Rooms given in damaged/questionable condition and anything they like to think you damaged gets deducted from your €50 deposit. People in a neighboring room also got charged €60 for two overnight guests, they saw them walk into the room on CCTV and back out 5 minutes later, and that still counts. Hotel manager considers any part of her job to be an inconvenience. That being said, the building itself has beautiful architecture and the cleaners are very friendly. Just a terribly managed hotel.
C	Callaghn chapman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small room with 3 beds, wants updating, not ideal for a family. Mattresses want replacing. Staff are very friendly. More suitable for singles just wanting somewhere to crash.
D	Daniel Rees on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly on arrival we were mad to pay €50 deposit pp supposedly to cover damage to the hotel witch we’re already poorly maintained prior to arrival. (Had issues with the aircon, door locks etc) Their was then a €12 euro service charge pp for an unbelievably poor service from the majority of the staff although the manager was fairly welcoming only on arrival. Whilst checking out we were told that their was no damage to the hotel witch meant we should have had our deposit back this is when we found out we would be charge €30 euro for each person that visited us at the hotel. 2 of these €30 charges were for 2 people using the toilets. All in all if your happy staying in cheap hotel and not receiving the deserved treatment were all regular services are a chore and paying an extra €62 on top of your hotel where you could have just stayed a nicer hotel this is the one for you.
