Best Hotel in Greece

N	Naidene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is basic but decent enough for 18-30's. Hotel is strict on no food or drink to be brought in from outside unless it is water and they check your bags to make sure. Breakfast is very basic for a bed & breakfast with bread, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, juice and cereal as you have to pay for a full English. I have had a good experience here nevertheless.
T	Timea Toth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon check in we had to pay 50euro deposit. It will be given back but was mentioned nowhere. The wardrobe was completely broken couldnt use it at all, the hotel staff knew about it, did nothing. A bottle of water is 2€, wifi that can only be used in the restaurant is 1€/2h. I didnt dare to ask about the aircon. The breakfast is so called continental that consists of filtered coffee, tea, orange juice, butter, bread, cheese and some kind of salami. Ohh and scrambled eggs and that is included in the room price. Hotel is on the busiest road of town like 30 min away from the beach. Loudest hotel ever. Was a bit of a disappointment to be fair. If you want to get drunk and party all night it is your place.
J	Joe Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not stay at this hotel. We came to Zante on a lads holiday for 7 nights, the owners will search your bags and hold your passports hostage until you check out. Alongside this, you have to give a €50 deposit. When we checked out we only received €10 back - there was 3 dirty towels which apparently could not be washed. Alongside this, they do not let you take any food or drink from outside the hotel in; the manager will come and take it off you. Therefore you have to buy food and drink from the overpriced hotel bar. However, the worker called Peter was great and very pleasant.

C	Ciprian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: At a good distance from all the parties so is not so noisy. Very nice private balconies for the front rooms.. Negative: The stiffness of the staff was a little annoying, we needed to leave 10 before breakfast in one of the days and we asked for some ham and cheese toast, which was already prepared but not took out and we where refused, even if we already paid for it..
B	Booking.com user on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Good location near the strip and near handy little shops and restaurants couldn’t fault the locals who worked in the shops and restaurants as they were very nice and welcoming and gave us advice about where to go and what to see etc.. Negative: Staff are terribly rude in the hotel and was quite obvious that they did not like british people especially female. Couldn’t breath a word in the hotel without being told to be quiet. Hotel room was absolutely crawling with ants all over the table, fridge and the floors. Bathroom constantly smelled of eggy drainage pipes which wasn’t pleasant..
T	Teresa Hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem! Clean, safe and with helpful staff. A perfect place to enjoy Zakynthos from. Family run by a hard working, local family. The pool is large and a great spot to enjoy the included breakfast from. The main road is cleverly screened off. The back garden is full of lemon trees. Would definitely stay again. Only a few minutes walk from the main Lagana strip with pavement all the way there. An all round lovely establishment! The 3 stars classification just does not do it justice!
O	Oana Mihailescu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned from vacation, we came through the travel agency to this hotel and what I can say is that although the hotel was free at the time we arrived, we were offered one of the worst rooms, unrenovated, compared to the pictures presented on the booking, the bathroom does not appear in those pictures, the shower had no pressure, the sink faucet was unclean, salt was actually deposited on the faucet. About the room, the bed had two mattresses together, we were not offered anything. The cleaning ladies only wiped the mop and the bedding was not changed for at least 3 days. Breakfast was ok, pool clean, but more can't be said about this hotel. We were completely disappointed by the conditions offered, although this is not the first time we go to Greece.
