R	Rita Svartz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small rooms and douche; very good cleanin; a lot of languages at reception; old, sometimes broken furniture; terribble climatization; bad soundproofing; good TV; not bad Wifi; low prices; high-level, even perfect hospitality; exalted neighbourhood with gorgeous Stavros Centre and Planetarium; very good food shops near; bad bus connection, but Airport bus stop is near and taxi is really chip.

The rooms are super super clean ,, they gave me a great room on the top floor with a big balcony and good view . I was very happy with the treatment. Mr.sotiris is very welcoming . Good rates and I enjoyed their breakfast which had a wide selection of food. The place is quiet which is quite essential for those who want rest and is very clean . Clean rooms , reception etc. there’s a patio outside where guests can have their coffee or tea or just sit and chat, I wish there was a pool too unfortunately there wasn’t . However I do recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Athens with a good rate and wants to be near Palaio Faliro and Nea Smyrni . It’s only 10 min away and there are many shopping areas if you go there , I’d definitely visit the hotel Nestorian again and many thanks to mr Sotiris for the friendly atmosphere.
V	Veso K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very noisy. That is the main problem of this hotel. And it's not the street or the neighbor.. It's the windows. They are so lite that can't stop the noise of the walking cat outside. Overall the hotel is good. Rooms are very clean and the staff is polite.

Although it is rated only at two stars, the hotel is clean, the bedrooms very practical, and the breakfast offers good value for the money. Good quality free wifi in the bedrooms and tea/coffee facilities are a plus. Don't hesitate to stay there if you're looking for a reasonably priced quality accommodation in this area.

Easy access to bus, tram and ferry. This meant we could get to quiet beaches and calm restaurants. The elderly Maitre D'hotel will show you everything from his car on day one. Very kind. Highly recommend.
M	M S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid by all means! Lady at the reception after checking me in with my polish passport started to speak Russian to me and refused to communicate in English. I am on motorbike and travelled overnight from Kavala by ferry as ferry was rescheduled. I was very tired. I asked for help with luggage. I was told this is 2 star not 5 syar hotel and I won't be given any help. I did everything myself. Chests fall out as I was weak after going through COVID. She started to shout at me in Russian. Then accused of destroying tiles and wanting more money. Also receptions smells if ciggaretts.
M	Mikhail Surin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel! Located in a very lovely area near the sea and close to several bus stops to city center as well as tram stop. Room was very clean and well mentained with a small balcony. Great classic European breakfast, shady lounge zone near the entrance for smokers and people who just want to chill outside. Helpful staff. All in all highly recommend and personally next time I go to Athens I'll sure choose Nestorion hotel again! Thank you!
