А	Александр Сиринёк on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отличный отель! Только после ремонта, всё новенькое. Персонал приветливый и внимательный. Завтраки однообразные, но вкусные и сытные, за 1 неделю не надоели. В отеле очень тихо и уютно. Есть свой бассейн. Но до моря совсем близко, всего пару минут. В особенности хотелось бы отметить сотрудника отеля Михалиса! Это очень дружелюбный, общительный и мега позитивный человек. Местный эксперт наивысшего уровня. Он с удовольствием делится любой информацией. По его рекомендации посетили несколько местных заведений, и они действительно оказались одними из лучших. Также он знаток истории и всего что касается Греции, он даст фору любому гиду. Excellent hotel! Only after renovation, everything is new. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are monotonous, but tasty and satisfying, for 1 week they did not get bored. The hotel is very quiet and cozy. There is a swimming pool. But the sea is very close, just a couple of minutes. In particular, I would like to mention the employee of the hotel Michalis! He is a very friendly, outgoing and mega positive person. Local expert of the highest level. He is happy to share any information. On his recommendation, we visited several local establishments, and they really turned out to be one of the best. He is also a connoisseur of history and everything that concerns Greece, he will give odds to any guide.

Mal hier und werde definitiv wieder kommen weil ich mich sehr wohl fühle. DANKE! Die negative Bewertung von Christina.... kann ich nicht bestätigen!!! Super nice and helpful employees in every area, great! Rooms are newly renovated and cleaned daily. I was here for the 2nd time and will definitely come back because I feel very comfortable. THANKS! S	Solangelo 4ever on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Frühstück war lecker und man hatte Auswahl zwischen mehreren Dingen. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den Preis, auf jeden Fall mehr als erwartet!

But the bonus of this hotel is bartender Mike. He is very friendly man and could unite people from different countries. So 5 from 5 thanks to him

Very friendly and chatty, greeted us and told us many great stories through the days. If I ever visit Malia again, I would very much like to meet him again. Best wishes for Michael from Latvia!

Staff was friendly especially Michael who is bartender of hotel, if you do not know what to visit, where to eat or even where better to rent a car or scooter ask Michael, he made the trip for us so much better! K	Kristaps Eglītis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was clean and renovated and the rooms were quite comfy. Be aware that you have to pay extra for the air-conditioning. Many times we had to fight with mosquitos in the middle of the night because we left our windows open (because of the heat) and they flew in and bite all over us. The breakfast is pretty bad. Everyday the same types of food and the taste is average at best. The dinner, on the other hand, is marvelous. You do not eat at the hotel but 200m further at another hotel. Lots of variety, great tasting foods and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is neutral except when you run into any problems. Then it is hard to make any contact or come to any agreements. The highlight of the hotel is the bartender Michael. He made our evenings fun and exciting with his stories and great tasting cocktails! Without him this would be a 3/5.
