Nous sommes obligée de payer du hors forfait de notre poche pour pouvoir travailler. Quand nous demandons un remboursement pour trouver un logement décent (avec le wifi) on nous fait espérer tous les jours qu'il va y avoir une solution miracle. J'ai la sensation qu'une fois que l'argent est empoché vous êtes coincé et vos problèmes ne regarde que vous. C'est très très déroutant comme façon de faire. Je n'ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. J'arrête d'en dire plus, je suis déjà assez en hors forfait avec tout ce temps passé sur ma Data Française. Very very bad experience with a "villa" that Hotelyzer manages in Crete. We have rented a property for 45 days and have not had internet for 20 days. We are forced to pay out of pocket to be able to work. When we ask for a refund to find decent accommodation (with wifi) we are made to hope every day that there is going to be a miracle solution. I have the feeling that once the money is pocketed you are stuck and your problems are yours. It's a very, very confusing way of doing things. I've never seen this in my life. I stop to say more, I am already enough out of package with all this time spent on my French Data.
