M	M Garvik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a few wine bottles here, but the quality has been disappointing. I once returned a bottle and the staff was reluctant to admit the wine had no taste. The shop has some fancy big touch screen computers to browse their products, but both times I visited, they didn't serve much good. What matters is to have good quality wines for the customers. Luckily I have found a different wine shop in the area, with amazing wines at decent prices. To reply to his answer : I have been drinking wine for almost 20 years and don't have a problem to tell the difference between a good bottle, and one that has been kept in bad conditions ( typically too much light and warm temperatures ), it is not a matter of what kind of wines I like. A room with bright light is by no means "ideal conditions", most people know this. I would hope that the shop take a bit of time and educate themselves about how to store wine properly and not try to come with cheap excuses instead.

The second time , I had ordered ONE bottle of Vermouth and ONE bottle of bourbon. When I went there to check on my order,(again they had not called me) they had NINE bottles of each already packed for me!!! HALLELUJAH !!! Total incompetence !!! They work as they were CIVIL SERVANTS. Be aware.

Following my recent experience, I am very disappointed and would like to inform the readers of this review about the issues that I faced and prepare them accordingly. During my last interaction the process of placing the order was extremely slow, the customer treatment by the sales people was at the least "indifferent", the packaging was very poor and the incompeteness of the people involved in the execution of orders was evident.

The variety of wines astonished me, they even had a lot of beers and teas as well. Would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a few cases over the phone, arrived on their forecourt (you can park right outside the entrance) and a very helpful person immediately brought my booze out. Good selection, good service.
