★ ★ ★ ★ ★ οτι χειροτερο μπορειτε να βαλετε σε internet στη θεσσαλονικη. 0 υποστηριξη, δεν υπαρχει αμεση επικοινωνια με την τεχνικη υπηρεσια. αν μπορουσα να βαλω μισο αστερι θα ηταν πολυ.
the worst you can put on the internet in Thessaloniki. 0 support, there is no direct communication with the technical service. if I could put half a star it would be a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκανα αίτηση αρχές Αυγουστου του 2021 για την πρόγραμμα με τα 30Mbps, 9.90€/μήνα. Το συνεργείο ήρθε άμεσα και ήταν εξυπηρετικότατοι.
1. Πληρώνεις 60 ευρώ μόνον για εγκατάσταση.
2. Τις πρώτες μέρες η ταχύτητα ήταν σταθερά στα 30 αλλά μετά η ταχύτητα δεν ήταν σταθερή. Έτυχε να παίζει και στα 5-10 Mbps, σε ημέρα που ΔΕΝ γίνονταν τεχνικες εργασίες.
2. οι λογαριασμοί εκδίδονται 2 ΒΔΟΜΑΔΕΣ πριν την έναρξη του μήνα, άρα πληρώνεις τον καθε μήνα ΠΡΟΚΑΤΑΒΟΛΙΚΑ.
3. Η μόνος λογαριασμός για πληρωμές , που διαθέτουν ειναι σε Πειραιώς.
4. Τα έξοδα μεταφοράς χρημάτων επιβαρύνουν αποκλειστικά τον πελάτη.

I applied at the beginning of August 2021 for the program with 30Mbps, € 9.90 / month. The crew came immediately and were very helpful.
1. You pay 60 euros only for installation.
2. In the first days the speed was constant at 30 but then the speed was not constant. It happened to play at 5-10 Mbps, on a day when there was NO technical work.
2. the bills are issued 2 WEEKS before the beginning of the month, so you pay each month in ADVANCE.
3. The only account for payments they have is in Piraeus.
4. Money transfer costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
for the time being I put 2.5 in 5
that's all....
if I change my impression I will come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλές τιμές για όσα προσφέρουνε αλλά υπάρχουν συχνές διακοπές και δε σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα εξυπηρέτησης. Απαράδεκτο, στα όρια είμαι να αποχωρήσω και να πάω στην HCN.
Good prices for what they offer but there are frequent breaks and they do not pick up the service phones. Unacceptable, I am on the verge of leaving HCN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο τους πιο οικομικους παροχους στη Θεσσαλονίκη... Πελατης ενα εξαμηνο και βρίσκομαι τακτικά σε επικοινωνία μαζί τους αφού συνεχώς παρουσιάζονται τα ιδια προβληματα... Καλο το ιντερνετ για απλη χρηση(περιήγηση στο διαδίκτυο,ταινιες),αλλα μεχρι εκει... Μεγαλη καθυστερηση(ping) και πολυ ασταθης συνδεση, γεγονος που την καθιστά αθλια για gamers... Αναλογα τις ωρες και τις καιρικές συνθήκες η ταχύτητα του ιντερνετ μεταβάλλεται (μην περιμενετε πολλα τα βράδια που οι σερβερ ειναι γεματοι). Στην συγκεκριμένη περιπτωση ισχυει το οτι πληρωνεις παιρνεις. Επιλεξτε καποιον απο τους κλασσικούς παροχους.
One of the most economical providers in Thessaloniki ... I have been a customer for six months and I am in regular contact with them since the same problems are constantly presented ... The internet is good for simple use (internet browsing, movies), but until then ... Great delay (ping) and very unstable connection, which makes it miserable for gamers ... Depending on the hours and weather conditions, the internet speed changes (do not wait long at night when the servers are full). In this case, what you pay for is valid. Choose one of the classic providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this "one man show" company. I revise my feedback because they CAN ruin everything in just a single moment...or maybe for 2 days and more in my case.
More below...
On 17/6 after a night thunderstorm one of their wifi hubs got fried probably. I have called 5 times during Saturday morning and everytime the one and same lady replied with excuses. Initially she said:
- "It is probably only your problem because noone esle reported the same problem"
After 2 or 3 hours she changed to
- "More customers called us with the same problem. It seems finally that this is on our side"
Later she decided to tell me that they informed tech support to fix the problem. I asked for an estimation when the problem will be repaired. She didn't have a clue. I asked her to call or give me the phone to call tech support myself and get an estimation. The answer was:
- "We only open tickets by mail this is our only contact channel with tech and we wait for them to reply when the problem is solved, thats our internal process".
Of course I rhetorically asked that if they decide to reply after 2 or 3 years.....you will wait the process without pushing further. Of course I didn't and you shouldn't except an answer.
Don't misunderstand the support lady here...she was the ONLY one working Saturday morning and was trying to reassure customers, because no one else worked even in critical situations like that. Neither managers, nor tech team.
I begged them to fix the problem because one of my family members had to take part to master degree semester exams on Saturday and Sundays (remotely). Of course they dont give a..."carrot" about my beggings. Luckily those 9.90 sunmer offer for unlimited mobile data saved the day.
Today is Sunday 19/6 and still no internet services. I am sure this will continue up to Monday 20/6 or maybe more. No one knows, we can only wait for tech team to reply whenever they like. It's 2022 and a service provider can be down for 2+ days without a penalty and of course they will ask for the whole amount of money by the end of the month like nothing happened (because they did that in the past too).
Waiting for a fiber setup in my building or find a decent alternative solution, cause this one is "bullcarrots".
