Π	Πετρος FOX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χειροτερο προσωπικό δεν έχω συναντήσει σε καταστημα της wind . Κακη νοοτροπία , ύφος λες κ ο καθενας εκει μεσα ειναι ο ιδιοκτητης. Απορω πως επιλέγετε το προσωπικό σας.? Εγω προσωπικα δεν θα ξανα πατήσω εκει μεσα . Worst staff I have not met in a wind shop. Bad culture, style as if everyone is the owner there. Wondering how you choose your staff. I personally would never go back there.

Μπράβο πάντως στην ομάδα I was perfect for the children in the service but sometimes it does not have stocks of mobile phones and it is a pity. Well done to the team anyway
s	savvas savvas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αυτά που διάβασα στις αξιολογήσεις δεν αντιπροσωπεύουν στο μαγαζί που πήγα μόνο καλά σχόλια έχω να κάνω αυτό που αντίκρισα ήταν ευγενια εξυπηρέτηση έναν παππού να ζαλίζει την κοπέλα με άσχετες ερωτήσεις και αυτή όλο υπομονή να προσπαθεί να τον εξηγεισει μπράβο στην κοπέλα και μπράβο σε αυτόν που επιλέγει το προσωπικό και τα 5 αστέρια λίγα είναι. B	Betty Boop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 αστέρια. Τραγικοί. Για δικιά τους παπαριά έμεινα χωρίς σταθερό και ίντερνετ ένα μήνα. Χάνω χρήματα καθότι δουλεύω από το σπίτι και φυσικά δε θα βρω το δίκιο μου. Αντί να διορθώσουν άμεσα το λάθος συνεχίζουν το βιολί τους. Στην αρχή έλεγαν ότι το λάθος είναι δικό μου. Μετά κάποια άτομα από το προσωπικό παραδέχτηκαν ότι το λάθος είναι της εταιρείας. Παρ' όλα αυτά καμία προσπάθεια για επιδιόρθωση. Έτσι χάνεται πελάτες. Έτσι φεύγω κ εγώ όπως κ πολλοί άλλοι . Τραγική εταιρεία κ τραγικό προσωπικό 0 stars. Tragic. Δε πληρωνεις κατι εκεινη τη στιγμη γιατι ο πρωτος μηνας ειναι δωρεαν λενε. ΧΑ ΧΑ! Κανενα παγιο δεν ειναι δωρεαν το πληρωνεις ενα μηνα μετα. Δε μπορεις να ακυρωσεις και πριν τους 6 μηνες ΜΑΚΡΥΑ Avoid this store !!! They put you in a contract with 35 euros fixed and they tell you that you will pay 14 euros !!! Μπήκα να ρωτήσω για φορητότητα από Q σε Wind και, ενώ μια κοπελίτσα μου είπε ότι δεν γίνεται, μια άλλη κοπέλα, μέσα από το γκισέ, με εξυπηρέτησε τάχιστα και άψογα!.. Μετά από 3 επισκέψεις σε καταστήματα Wind και επαφή με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, χρειάστηκαν μόνο 15 λεπτά για να κάνω την δουλειά μου!.. Very happy! Flawless and very fast service! .. I went in to ask for portability from Q to Wind and, while a girl told me it was not possible, another girl, through the counter, served me quickly and perfectly! .. After 3 visits to Wind stores and contact with customer service, it only took 15 minutes to do my job! ..
