★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω συνεργαστεί ποτέ με το παρόν κατάστημα αλλά είχα μια εμπειρία τηλεφωνική το πρωί της Παρασκευής 7/2 θέλοντας να κλείσω μια παραγγελία για ένα μηχάνημα το οποίο κι έβρισκα στην χαμηλότερη τιμή μέσω σκρουτζ. Δεν μπήκα στην διαδικασία να το παραγγείλω την ίδια μέρα για να αποφύγω το σαββατοκύριακο που μεσολαβουσε αλλά συνενοηθηκα με τον κύριο ότι θα το έκλεινα την ερχόμενη Δευτέρα όπως κι επικοινώνησα μαζί του το πρωί. Η τιμή φαίνεται πως είχε αλλάξει κάποια ευρώ προς την άνοδο όχι κάτι σημαντικό αλλά όταν κύριοι κάνει κάποιος πελάτης κράτηση και αλλάζετε την συμφωνηθησα τιμή αυτό λέγεται αντί επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Είμαι βέβαια αποφασισμένος να το αγοράσω από κατάστημα και 10 ευρώ ακριβότερο που το βρήκα κι αυτό προς συμμόρφωση του καταστήματος και προς γνώση καινούριων πελατών. Ευχαριστώ.
I have never worked with this store but had a phone experience on a Friday morning 7/2 wanting to close an order for a machine that I found at the lowest price via scrub. I didn't go through the process of ordering it the same day to avoid the weekend that was mediated, but I did talk to the boss that I would close it on Monday as I contacted him in the morning. The price seems to have changed some euros towards the rise not a major one but when a customer makes a reservation and you change the agreed price it is said instead of professional behavior. I am of course determined to buy it from a store and 10 euros more expensive than I found it to comply with the store and to know new customers. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα μια παραγγελία μέσα στην καραντίνα και ενώ υπήρχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση από τα κούριερ τα παιδιά ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα και μου έστειλαν το δέμα με μεταφορική και παρέλαβα την επόμενη μέρα.
Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Είναι επαγγελματίες!!
I placed an order in quarantine and while there was a long delay by the couriers the children responded immediately and sent me the parcel by shipping and I received it the next day.
