Και σε περίπτωση που μεταφέρουν τους παλιούς οικογενειακούς τάφους και στην θέση τους φτιαχτεί ο χώρος, θα αναβαθμιστεί όλη η γύρω περιοχή...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ ομορφος ναος,σημειο αναφορας της περιοχης.Γυρω απο τον ναο ηταν το νεκροταφειο της πολης μεχρι και πριν λιγα χρονια,βεβαιως πολλοι ταφοι εχουν μεταφερθει στο καινουργιο νεκροταφειο,αλλα οι ταφοι που εχουν παραμεινει ειναι πραγματικα μνημεια καθως περα του οτι ειναι επιβλητικα εχουν και ιστορικη αξια καθως καποια απο αυτα ειναι 160-170 ετων!!!Χρονολογειται από το 1833 περίπου. Εδώ έχουν ταφεί ο εθνικός ευεργέτης Στουρνάρης, ο ιδρυτής της ποτοποιίας Μεταξά, Μεταξάς Γ., κ.α.Από το χώρο αυτό ξεκινούν δύο από τις κατακόμβες της Χαλκίδας.
