Έπειτα ξανάχτισε την καμάρα με καινούριους πωρόλιθους και την ασβέστωσε. Άρα μόνο η πρόσοψη με την πόρτα της εισόδου σώζεται από την παλιά εκκλησία. Εξωτερικά πάντως, αφού είναι κλειστή, πάνω από την πόρτα, βρίσκεται η κόχη, στην οποία διατηρούνται αμυδρά ίχνη από τη ζωγραφιά που παριστάνει τη γέννηση της Θεοτόκου. Και λίγο πιο πάνω, σκαλισμένος στον πωρόλιθο υπάρχει ένας σταυρός, στον οποίο διακρίνεται η χρονολογία κατά την οποία αρχικά είχε χτιστεί η εκκλησία (1703).

And a little further, carved into the porosite, there is a cross, in which the date when the church was originally built (1703).
