★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχουν θερμοκρασία 40 και PH 6,40, θεωρούνται αλιπηγές και αναβλύζουν από μεταμορφωμένα πετρώματα σχεδόν στο επίπεδο της θάλασσας.
They have a temperature of 40 and a pH of 6.40, are considered aliphatic and gush from metamorphic rocks almost at sea level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην είσοδο του χωριού Ήλια, δεν προλάβαμε να ρωτήσουμε που είναι η ιαματική πηγή: είδαμε έντονους υδρατμούς να βγαίνουν από σημείο της παραλίας & έκπληκτοι είδαμε το καυτό νερό να αναβλύζει απο τους βράχους & να ενώνεται με την θάλασσα... Εξωπραγματικό θέαμα! Αν & Χριστούγεννα, εννοείται κολυμπησαμε στο σημείο: αν & πολύ υψηλής θερμοκρασίας το νερό της πηγής, δεν κατάφερνε να αλλάξει την γενική θερμοκρασία της θάλασσας, αλλά ήταν αναζωογονητικό! Εκπληκτικό ηλιοβασίλεμα!
At the entrance of the village of Ilia, we did not have time to ask where the thermal spring is: we saw intense water vapor coming out of the beach & surprised we saw the hot water gushing from the rocks & joining the sea ... Unreal spectacle! If & Christmas, of course we swam to the point: if & very high temperature spring water, could not change the general temperature of the sea, but it was refreshing! Amazing sunset!
