★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα πολύ ωραίο μέρος αλλά μου φάνηκε ακριβό, με 12€ το άτομα για την ιαματική δεξαμενή, σάουνα και χαμάμ. Πάντως η εμπειρία ήταν μοναδική και πολύ χαλαρωτική. Αν θέλετε να έρθετε τηλεφωνήστε πρώτα να ρωτήσετε αν έχει γκρουπ γιατί η δεξαμενή είναι μικρή όπως και τα αποδυτήρια, σάουνα και χαμάμ
 A very nice place but I found it expensive, with 12 € for the spa, sauna and steam room. However, the experience was unique and very relaxing. If you want to come call first to ask if it has a group because the tank is small like the changing rooms, sauna and steam room.

Αυτοί από Θεσσαλία καλό είναι να έρθουν από Καρδίτσα. Στην Ε65 Δεν υπάρχει σωστή σήμανση από Θεσσαλία προς Λαμία.

Those from Thessaly are good to come from Karditsa. At E65 there is no proper signage from Thessaly to Lamia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα λουτρά μέσα είναι πολύ ωραία ,αλλά ανοίγουν Σ/Κ .Δεν ξέρω αν αλλάξει κάτι στο μέλλον ,εμείς Παρασκευή που πήγαμε ήταν κλειστά και το χωριό ήταν έρημο .Μόνο το περίπτερο ήταν ανοιχτό στην πλατεία που έρχεται για Σ/Κ και γυρίζει Καρδίτσα .Από ότι μας είπε δυστυχώς έχουν ερημώσει και φαίνεται και από τους εγκατελειμενους ξενώνες .Στην είσοδο του χωριού ήταν ανοιχτή μια ταβέρνα και πάνω από την πλατεία λειτουργει ενα ξενοδοχείο .Πήγαμε Μάιο του 2019.
The bathrooms are very nice, but they are open. I do not know if anything will change in the future, we were closed on Friday and the village was deserted. Unfortunately, the abandoned guest houses are deserted by what he told us. At the entrance of the village there was a tavern and a hotel was operating over the square. We went in May 2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βάζω μόνο 3 αστέρια διότι παρότι ο χώρος έχει πολλές προοπτικές και περιθώρια βελτίωσης νομίζω ότι δεν υπάρχει το ανάλογο ενδιαφέρον των τοπικών αρχων να αξιοποιηθεί καλύτερα και προσφέρεται μόνο το μίνιμουμ των παροχών. Ο χώρος των γυναικείων αποδυτηρίων χρήζει μίνι λίφτινγκ (βάψιμο, μικροεπισκευές στα ντουλάπια κ.α. και άμεση αντικατάσταση των καμμένων λαμπών). Ο χώρος του χαμάμ συμπαθητικός αλλά εάν οι επισκέπτες είναι περισσότεροι, δεν επαρκεί, είναι μικρός. Επίσης, η μία από τις σάουνες ήταν εκτός λειτουργίας ή τουλάχιστον έτσι έγραφε. Δεν υπάρχει πουθενά ενημέρωση ότι πρέπει να έχεις μαζί σου τη δική σου πετσέτα. Κομμάτι δύσκολο να κουβαλάς ένα σωρό πετσέτες μαζί σου όταν είσαι τουρίστας. Παρόλα αυτά μας δόθηκε μια πετσέτα δωρεάν να βολευτούμε, αλλά ήταν σχετικά μικρή και ήταν μία και για το σώμα και για τα μαλλιά! Αποτέλεσμα ήταν η πετσέτα να βραχεί στο χαμάμ αλλά και μετά το λουτρό στην πισίνα, οπότε όταν ήρθε η στιγμή να φύγουμε όλα ήταν ήδη μούσκεμα. Πως να στενγώσεις σώμα και μαλλιά σου με βρεγμένη πετσέτα; Θα μπορούσαν λοιπόν να υπάρχουν μπουρνούζια και πετσέτες με πληρωμή στη ρεσεψιόν και όχι να μας ρωτά απορρημένη η κοπέλα λες και ζητήσαμε κάτι τελείως παράλογο: "Δεν έχετε πετσέτες μαζί σας;;;" Γενικότερα, πάντως ο χώρος είναι καθαρός και φροντισμένος. Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Όταν πας Σμόκοβο θα πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να επισκεφθείς και τα λουτρά του. Χρηζει ωστόσο πολλών μικρών και μεγαλύτερων βελτιώσεων. Βασικότερη όλων η εξωστρέφια των λουτρών η οποία γίνεται με λάθος τρόπο. Η πληροφορία δεν φτάνει στον υποψήφιο επισκέπτη. Το να διαφημιστείτε μία φορά στο δελτίο ειδήσεων της Χούκλη κλπ δεν αρκεί. Η διαφήμιση είναι κάτι που πρέπει να γίνεται συστηματικά και απαιτεί οργάνωση την οποία η αληθεια στερείστε. Στη ρεσεψιόν και στα τηλέφωνα θα εκτιμούσα μεγαλύτερη ευγένεια. Δεν βοηθάει και πολύ το απότομο στυλ και το μουτρωμένο ύφος. Τέλος, παρολίγο να μην γίνει δεκτή η χρεωστική μας κάρτα και είχαμε ταξιδέψει τα άπειρα χιλιόμετρα για να επισκεφθούμε τα λουτρά του Σμοκόβου. Δυστυχώς δεν κουβαλούσαμε το απαραίτητο ρευστό επάνω μας (15 ευρώ ανά άτομο) και εάν δεν διορθωνόταν το πρόβλημα σίγουρα δεν θα φεύγαμε έτσι απλά χωρίς να επιμείνουμε να εξυπηρετηθούμε, διότι είχαμε κάνει ολόκληρο ταξίδι. Ευτυχώς το πρόβλημα αποκαταστάθηκε γρήγορα. Καλό θα ήταν, λοιπόν, επειδή όλος ο κόσμος πληρώνει πλέον με κάρτες, να υπάρχει και ένα 2ο μηχάνημα καλού κακού. Τέλος, ενώ όλος ο χώρος είναι χωρισμένος σε γυναίκες και άντρες, η πισίνα δεν είναι. Θα προτιμούσα και στη πισίνα να υπήρχε διαχωρισμός. Καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχουν καθρέφτες στο χώρο των αποδυτηρίων (όχι μόνο στο wc) και να ανάβει και λίγο η θέρμανση για να μπορεί να ντυθεί κανείς άνετα χωρίς να κροταλίζουν τα δόντια του από το κρύο. Μερικές σεσλόνγκ ακόμα στο χώρο της πισίνας θεωρώ ότι ειναι απαραίτητες. Το δε ωράριο λειτουργίας ένα δράμα. Κλειστό σχεδόν όλες τις ημέρες της εβδομάδας και επισκέψιμο μόνο κατόπιν ραντεβού. Αυτό το πιστώνω όμως στα θετικά. Στα θετικά πιστώνω και τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο της πισίνας ο οποιος περιβάλλεται από μία τεράστια τζαμαρία που βλέπει στη φύση, ενώ οι τζαμόπορτες ανοίγουν και γίνεσαι ένα με τη φύση. Στα θετικά επίσης και η θερμοκρασία του νερού η οποία ήταν γύρω στους 37 βαθμούς Κελσίου αν και η αλήθεια την προτιμώ πιο ζεστή. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα μασάζ για όποιον ενδιαφέρεται. Μην ξεχάσετε να επισκεφθείτε και τη λίμνη Σμοκόβου μιας και βρισκεστε στην περιοχή, καθώς και το κεφαλοχώρι που πλέον λέγεται Λουτροπηγή.
I put only 3 stars because although the space has many prospects and room for improvement, I think that there is no corresponding interest of the local authorities to make better use of it and only the minimum of benefits is offered. The women's locker room needs a mini facelift (painting, minor repairs in the closets, etc. and immediate replacement of the burned-out lamps). The area of the hammam is nice but if there are more visitors, it is not enough, it is small. Also, one of the saunas was out of order or so it said. There is no information anywhere that you should have your own towel with you. A bit difficult to carry a pile of towels with you when you are a tourist. Nevertheless we were given a towel for free to be comfortable, but it was relatively small and was one for both body and hair! As a result, the towel got wet in the hammam but also after the bath in the pool, so when it came time to leave, everything was already wet. How to dry your body and hair with a wet towel? So there could be bathrobes and towels with payment at the reception and not the girl asking us in secret as if we asked for something completely absurd: "Do not you have towels with you ???" In general, however, the space is clean and tidy. I highly recommend it. When you go to Smokovo you should definitely visit its baths. However, it needs many small and big improvements. Most important of all is the extroversion of the baths which is done in the wrong way. The information does not reach the prospective visitor. It is not enough to advertise once in the news bulletin of Houkli etc. Advertising is something that needs to be done systematically and requires an organization that you truly lack. At the reception and on the phones I would appreciate more courtesy. The sharp style and the sullen style do not help much. Finally, our debit card was almost not accepted and we had traveled the infinite kilometers to visit the baths of Smokovo. Unfortunately we did not carry the necessary fluid on us (15 euros per person) and if the problem was not corrected we would certainly not leave just without insisting on being served, because we had made a whole trip. Fortunately the problem was fixed quickly. It would be good, then, because everyone now pays with cards, to have a 2nd machine of good and bad. Finally, while the whole area is divided into women and men, the pool is not. I would have preferred there to be a separation in the pool as well. It would be good to have mirrors in the locker room (not only in the toilet) and to turn on the heating a little so that one can dress comfortably without gnashing one's teeth from the cold. Some more sun loungers in the pool area I think are necessary. The opening hours are a drama. Closed almost all days of the week and can be visited only by appointment. But I believe this in the positive. On the positive side I also credit the surrounding area of the pool which is surrounded by a huge window that looks at nature, while the glass doors open and you become one with nature. On the plus side, the water temperature was around 37 degrees Celsius, although I really prefer it warmer. Massage is available for anyone interested. Do not forget to visit the lake Smokovo since you are in the area, as well as the village of Kefalochori which is now called Loutropigi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζεστό νερό που μπορεί να ανεχθεί το σώμα ευχάριστα με πολύ καλή σύσταση από τις ιαματικές πηγές! Το προσωπικό αρκετά ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό! Σίγουρα οι εγκαταστάσεις χρήζουν κάποιας συντηρήσης Ειδικά οι χώροι των ντουζ! Οι τιμές είναι αρκετά προσιτές αλλά καλά είναι να έχετε κλείσει ραντεβού πρέπει να επισκεφθείτε το χώρο! Επίσης προσφέρεται διαμονή σε κατάλυμα δίπλα στην πισίνα!
Hot water that the body can happily tolerate with very good composition from the thermal springs! The staff quite polite and helpful! Definitely the facilities need some maintenance Especially the shower areas! The prices are quite affordable but it is good to have an appointment you must visit the place! Also offered accommodation in poolside accommodation!
