The ice roll portion is actually big, probably more than an average adult can handle. I would say it would be better to split it between 2 people. As for the ingredients they seem fresh and the end result is something really tasteful. The texture is creamy and not "icy", and you can understand all the ingredients in your mouth. The base milk (with vanilla or chocolate flavor) comes from "ΘΕΣγαλα", a greek association of small farmers.

You can also enjoy watching the procedure which is very satisfying! The ice roll portion is actually big, probably more than an average adult can handle. I would say it would be better to split it between 2 people. But I myself eat it alone because it is very delicious!!! I prefer coconut milk for the base!
