★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε προσπάθεια τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας για οικία στα Βόρεια Προάστια, η κυρία που απάντησε στο τηλεφώνημα μου ηταν ειρωνική και αγενής.
Ρώτησα προς επιβεβαίωση αν ηταν ιδιοκτήτρια, η κυρία μου απαντησε με ειρωνεία "Αν βλεπατε την αγγελία, δε θα με ρωτούσατε" και γενικοτερα καμια διαθεση εξυπηρέτησης.
Η ευγένεια δε βλάπτει σε υποψήφιους πελάτες.
In an attempt to telephone home in the Northern Suburbs, the lady who answered my phone call was ironic and rude.
I asked for confirmation if she was the owner, my lady answered ironically "If you saw the ad, you would not ask me" and generally no service.
Kindness does not hurt potential customers.
