★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βρίσκεται στη νοτιοανατολική συνοικία "Αγία Κάρα" στην πόλη της Λευκάδας και είναι μετόχι της Μονής Φανερωμένης.
Το χτίσιμο της εκκλησίας έχει σχέση με το θαύμα του Αγίου στην εξάλειψη της πανλης το 1743, όταν έγινε περιφορά της κάρας του Αγίου που μεταφέρθηκε γι' αυτό το λόγο από την Ήπειρο. Ο ναός χτίστηκε έναν χρόνο μετά.
