★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte gezielt eine Simkarte kaufen. Habe dem Service die gewünschte SIM sogar in deren Online-Shop gezeigt. Mir wurden stattdessen 7GB für 40€ angeboten, was ich abgelehnt habe. Habe den Eindruck, dass die Englischkenntnisse im Service fehlen.
Specifically wanted to buy a SIM card. I even showed the service the desired SIM in their online shop. Instead, I was offered 7GB for € 40, which I refused. Got the impression that there is a lack of English in the service.
