★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο Ναός είναι κτισμένος δίπλα στα ερείπια του πατρικού του σπιτιού. Αποκεφαλίσθηκε στην Κωνσταντινούπολη στις 22 Μαρτίου 1814 μ.Χ. Οι συμπατριώτες του, για να τον τιμήσουν, έκαναν ναό στο όνομα του μαζί με αυτό του εθνομάρτυρα Πατριάρχη Γρηγορίου του Ε' στη Δημητσάνα.
 The temple is built next to the ruins of his paternal house. He was beheaded in Constantinople on March 22, 1814 AD. His compatriots, in order to honor him, built a temple in his name together with that of the national martyr Patriarch Gregory V in Dimitsana.
