Ο ΣΑΤΑΝΑΣ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΦΙΛΟΣ ΜΑΣ Ο ΔΙΑΒΟΛΟΣ ΑΔΕΡΦΟΣ ΜΑΣ !!!!!! Κατά τη διάρκεια της Βουλγαρικης κατοχής οι Βουλγαροι γκρεμισαν τον μιναρε και μετετρεψαν το τζαμί σε εκκλησία. Μετά από πολλές μετατροπές με τις τελευταίες να λαμβάνουν χώρα το 1991 ο ναός πήρε τη σημερινή του μορφή. This church, which today is dedicated to Agios Nikolaos, is a 17th century building and was originally a mosque known as the Eski mosque. During the Bulgarian occupation, the Bulgarians demolished the minaret and turned the mosque into a church. After many alterations with the last ones taking place in 1991, the church took its current form.

Την επόμενη φορά που θα βρεθούμε στην περιοχή θα επισκεφτούμε και το εσωτερικό του Ναού. Beautiful Temple and imposing in the center of Drama, impressive externally if you are in the area you will notice it, well preserved and I read that it was an Ottoman building and was converted into a sacred temple of Orthodoxy.
