Very nice place to stop for a picnic, walk, drink water from the spring or just take photos. Great nature and beautiful colors in Autumn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραία τοποθεσία, με πηγή, βρύσες, ξύλινο κιόσκι και ένα πολύ γραφικό πέτρινο εκκλησάκι αναμεσα στις καστανιές και τα έλατα, λίγο μετά την Ελάτη. Μαζέψαμε και κάστανα. Αξίζει μια στάση. Όλη η διαδρομή για Χρυσοβίτσι και Λιμποβίσι μοναδική μέσα σε ελατόδασος.
Nice location, with fountain, fountains, wooden kiosk and a very picturesque stone church between the chestnut trees and the fir trees, just after Elati. We also picked chestnuts. Worth a stop. The whole route to Chrysovitsi and Limbovisi is unique in a fir forest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο ιερος ναος Ζωοδοχου Πηγης στην Ελατη Αρκαδίας ειναι ενας παραδοσιακος ναος αναμεσα σε ωραια μονοπατια. Ορθωνεται αναμεσα στα δεντρα και τη βλαστηση της περιοχης και ειναι ακρως προσεγμενο χωρις σκουπίδια η παρεμβατικες φθορες απο ανθρωπους. Μεσα ειναι καθαρο μα δεν αναβουμε τα κερακια για λογους μαλλον πυρκαγιας επειδη ειναι λιγο απομακρο και διπλα σε δασος. Απλες εικονες μεσα χωρις τοιχογραφιες αγιων.
The sanctuary of Zoodochos Pigis in Elati, Arcadia is a traditional church among beautiful paths. It stands between the trees and the vegetation of the area and is extremely careful without garbage or intrusive damage by humans. Inside it is clean but we do not light the candles for reasons of fire because it is a little far and next to a forest. Simple icons inside without frescoes of saints.
