Ευτυχώς δεν άνοιξα την συσκευασία και τα παιδια μου έστειλαν την ίδια μερα την σωστή (παρέλαβα την επόμενη) και επέστρεψα την λάθος θήκη. Ευχαριστώ για την εξυπηρέτηση ! I ordered a cheap case for iphone and accidentally got the wrong model ... Fortunately I did not open the package and my children sent the correct one the same day (I received the next one) and returned the wrong case. Thanks for your help !

Επίσης ζητάω να μιλήσω με τον υπεύθυνο του καταστήματος και μου λένε ότι δεν είναι εκεί και δεν μπορεί να με πάρει τηλέφωνο και δεν μου λένε ούτε το όνομά του!! Απαράδεκτοι εξυπηρέτηση και τρόπος αντιμετώπισης του πελάτη, κάτι που με εξοργίζει περισσότερο από την άρνηση επιστροφής των χρημάτων μου... Ντροπή σας. Baby monitor defective from the beginning and they do not accept to take it back and make a refund, even though less than 14 days have passed, because the box was opened !! I also ask to talk to the manager of the store and they tell me that he is not there and he can not call me and they do not even tell me his name !! Unacceptable customer service and treatment, something that infuriates me more than my refusal to return my money ... Shame on you.

I got a drone and I was afraid they would break it in transport. Luckily the store had done good packaging with plenty of bubble. So far it works normally.

Ενημέρωσα την εταιρεία και με τον υπάλληλο που μίλησα, πολύ αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά πλήρης απάθεια. Poor iPhone case copy. I received it defective when I opened the package. I informed the company and with the employee I spoke to, very unprofessional behavior complete apathy.
