I'm sorry to have to change my original review and I sincerely apologize to those I urged to ask for the services of the store in question. They did a good job, on time and at a very reasonable price the first time but the problem was obvious (damaged charging port on tablet). When I went to the same tablet again with another fault to investigate, they diagnosed a problem "pulled by the hair", that the battery of the tablet shook (!) And pulled the cable of the screen and therefore did not work. As I found out later, the battery is screwed with 8 screws and the cable is connected to a connector and is not directly attached to the motherboard. I was charged 25 euros for welding contacts, when in fact the connector fuse had been opened and the cable had to be simply repositioned. In the e-mail I sent them, they devalued their response. Far away...

Very kind and experienced staff..I work close and I have visited it several times for different issues that I had and in everything they gave me the most correct, economical and fast solution from other stores I had visited .. I trust them completely .. Well done

15/06/2020 I call about morning asking price for screen replacement on Xiaomi mi 9t Pro. The screen is super amoled and hard to find on the market as far as I was informed by other professionals in the industry. Well-known chain told me 204 euros and service in 20 days they will find the spare part. I am surprised to hear on the phone a much better price and that it is possible to make the repair immediately. I leave my phone for repair the same day and pick it up in the afternoon at 6. Unfortunately a wrong screen was placed on my phone (notch screen obviously from another xiaomi model). I showed it to the clerk who served me and told me that we would find a solution and not to worry. The next morning 16/06/2020 I was informed that the original spare part will be available at noon. I went again to see that this time the screen is the right one and it really was. 5 stars because despite the confusion they showed willingness to correct their mistake as well as for the polite service with immediacy and professionalism. Update 16/6/2020 at 20:06. Having received the mobile phone with the screen that I was told is the original, I see the black ones as gray, the typing does not work as it should and I am going for another adventure ... -.- I will inform my review when it expires too! Update 12/7/2020 Having received an upgrade to the new miui 11, the fingerprint does not work, which is (after research on the web) an issue of the OEM screen. Unfortunately the installed screen is not the original. When I took it to the store, the person in charge told me that it is a miui problem and that he also has a problem with his mi 9t pro (snakes 100% since the mi 9t pro of a good friend of mine who has not had a screen replacement works with a pen) and urged me to solve the problem by going back to the old miui. After that 1 star for the unacceptable "after sales" behavior.

The people who own the store are incredible. I call them a few weeks ago and explain to them the situation and the problem I have with my mobile and they tell me the technical inspection is free, my mobile screen was dead and they tell me if we put on (a power supply flex is) and the screen does not work you owe us nothing. I get it again a few days ago and they told me more or less that it works, the screen does not work (* note I had bought the screen new) I have to pay them 20 euros because the technician will open the mobile to take out and put a flex. Really unbelievable, black-and-white in the shop, stay away from it.

I went to the cell phone to change the battery, 3 times we changed it 3 times the battery with measurements seemed to be problematic. During my second exercise my fingerprint sensor burned out and they agreed to change it after it was done during the repair. In the third change, the spare part they put on burned again, and still (after months) they did not even call me to be interested in correcting their mistake. On the positive side when I told them at the end to put my own battery and that I do not want to bring another one they accepted it and gave me my money back. Also, apart from a very rude person who says on the phone and others in front of you, the other employees are very friendly and helpful, at least until the last time I visited their store.

Very helpful .... I changed the screen and battery in my cell phone in 10 minutes!
