★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιεικώς απαράδεκτη και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Βρίσκω net book στο bestprice άμεσα διαθέσιμο και σε τιμή καλύτερη των ανταγωνιστών. Κατόπιν ερώτησης σχετικά με τα χαρακτηριστικά, το προϊον "εξαφανίζεται" . Σε ερώτηση σχετικά με τη παραγγελία, η απάντηση γενικότατη και αόριστη... ΜΑΚΡΙΑ!!!
 Completely unacceptable and unprofessional conduct. I find net book at bestprice readily available and at a better price than competitors. After asking about features, the product "disappears". To a question about the order, the answer is very general and vague ... LONG !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη αντιμετωπιση, μεσω καλαθιου σκρουτζ αγορά με τη χειρότερη μεταφορική. Βαλίτσα, παραγγελία 2 Απριλίου, με παράδοση 7-11 Απριλίου, 18 φτάσαμε και ακόμα να έρθει και προφανως δε θα περιμενω άλλο. Τραγικο. Το χειρότερο ειναι οτι ήρθε την Παρασκευή η μεταφορική, χτύπησε την πόρτα, με ρώτησε τι περιμένω(?!) και μετα μου ειπε α δεν το βαλαμε στο φορτηγό! Επίσης ψευδώς ισχυρίστηκε η εν λόγω μεταφορική οτι προσπάθησε να μας βρει, με αποκορύφωμα το

Έκανε 3 λεπτά απόσταση 35 χλμ από το κέντρο διαλογής προς το σπίτι μου! ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ! Α και το καλαθι σκρουτζ φοβερό, σε καθε τηλεφώνημα μας απαντούσαν θα το προωθήσουν στο αρμόδιο τμήμα λες και είναι το δημόσιο του 80, θα το στείλουμε στον 3ο για υπογραφή! Το ακομη κορυφαίο είναι οτι αυτοί που διαχειρίζονται τις παραγγελίες επικοινωνούν με τις μεταφορικές μέσω μειλ(!!!!), δηλαδή εχει καθυστερησει τοσο καιρό η παραγγελία, τους ενημερώνεις οτι επίγει γιατι χρειάζεται για ταξίδι και απλά επικοινωνούν μέσω μειλ, χαλαροί! Μην αγχωθει κανεις αμα τους παρουν τηλέφωνο! Βρίσκαμε το ίδιο προιόν φτηνότερα αλλα με μεγαλύτερη ημερομηνία παράδοσης, αλλα τελικά ξεκάθαρα αναληθές.

It was 3 minutes away 35 km from the sorting center to my house! EXCEPTIONAL! And the scrooge basket is awesome, they answered every phone call, they will forward it to the competent department as if it were the public of the 80's, we will send it to the 3rd for signature! What is even more important is that those who manage the orders communicate with the transport companies by e-mail (!!!!), that is, the order has been delayed for so long, you inform them that it is due for travel and they just communicate by e-mail, relaxed! Do not worry if they get a phone call! We found the same product cheaper but with a longer delivery date, but ultimately clearly untrue.
