Τhe review refers to kotsovolos as a whole business and not to the particular physical store, due to online product purchase. I was trying to contact with them more than 3 days staying in the phone for more than 2 hours each time, because after 5 days of my purchase i was not informed neither with e-mail about anything. Unacceptable, unprofessional, if i would never shop again online from kotsovolos.

Actually no stars should be awarded. 2nd time this store uses cheap publicity stunts. On this occasion advertised limited quantity of laptop on offer only to be purchased in store and not online and somehow upon arriving at store 1rst next morning the one and only laptop on offer was reserved. Cheap tricks to get you in store. And of course no valid explanation by management. The company feels that customers should be laughed at obviously. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent service from staff who remember to smile. Excellent product knowledge from all the staff. Wide variety of products. Very good experience. Would definitely recommend.

Worst store managers ever in the history of humanity! Kotsovolos as a chain isn't that bad, but going to a store like this one, it's bad for the reputation of the whole chain. If you have ANY kind of problem, other kotsovolos stores try to resolve it for you, this one just calls the store manager + security over a simple question (like a price discrepancy). Also, in 4 out of 5 times, the price I've been told by the employees are not the same as the price I'm asked to pay in the cashiers. Ask why and you'll get a mad manager and a security guy. The answers vary between the "this price is only for the display unit and not the one you got", or "label was wrong" or "this is a generic price for the total 360 support while the price for your product is more than double the price you've just agreed with the employee" or "online price is lower and we can't give it to you at this price if you choose this store as a pickup point, you have to get it at our price".

Great selection of appliances and electronics with offers that really can't be beaten. Staff is friendly and helpful, although a bit scarce if I'm honest. The purchase went smoothly and no complaints so far. The store is huge, so it can accommodate a lot of both products and customers. My only concern is the understaffed sales day I experienced, so there was some waiting involved exclusively due to lack of personnel. Other than that, I would definitely recommend the store as it's conveniently located and with an ample parking lot.

We bought an air conditioner and a year later it stopped working. We contacted the brand of the air conditioner and they told us that the installation was not done right and that we have to contact Kotsovolos. We tried to contact the support of Kotsovolos but they will not send someone to fix it. We paid more than 900€ and the installation was done by Kotsovolos. Extremely disappointed and i would NOT recommend them.

Super slow and rude customer service. I was asking the staff (4 people) questions and they were indifferently passing by. They kept being busy with one customer each. So I ended up waiting 45 minutes to get my online order while the shop was almost empty Such big store needs more staff and apparently better training.

The overall experience is very discouraging. I usually order online and drive there for pick ups. The process for this is pointless as you have to wait on the online, although you have a paid “ready to go” order. After getting your physical receipt you have to find someone to bring you the products which usually takes more than 20 minutes of waiting for something that ready to be delivered. If that is not enough, last time, after all this and 30 minutes of searching the let me know the products I order ( as available ) was not there although they notified me to come for pick up. I acknowledge that they have a huge variety of products but does it matter if you cannot get them ?
