★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrance is on the side, have to go around the building to find it but no problems there. Very helpful personnel, far from the previous long queues and delays yet bureaucratic practices remain. Employees are helpful and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long way to call it a service. Clerical personal are mostly unwilling to help you .20/2/19 update. A senior clerk provided a very good service and was polite enough to help me with things that customers should have been allowed to do via internet.
