★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was scratched on the parking. Not only they didn’t admit that the damage was caused by them but they even didn’t apologize. Now I have to pay for the scratches caused by them, I also paid the parking in order my car to be safe. I was their customer for 5 years but I am not such anymore since they are unable to take responsibility for the cars they guard. I am very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandalous experience. This is my fourth time leaving the car at a parking at the Thessaloniki airport. After reserving the place and exchanging many emails upon arrival the owner obliges me to leave the key with them which I refused to do. At no point I had this experience with the previous parkings.
I ended up spending almost 1 hour in the heat with family waiting on the side to clarify. finally I left for a neighbouring parking.
If their mandatory rules are to leave the key for whatever reason they can present, they should mention this clearly in their confirmation email. It has been such a waste of time and effort. Simply unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing experience. To begin with, we were asked to pay 10€ more to have our car under the shadow, which we obviously never knew would be the case once we left. We had agreed to have the car washed inside-out before we picked it up after a week. The car had only been ‘washed’ outside when we arrived. It was night and we could not see the sloppy job they had done with the wash before we got on the highway and could barely see through the windscreen. On top of that, they had removed the sticker for the technical inspection, which resulted in having to go though it again. Absolutely scandalous.
