H	Hans Huisman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here we stayed in May 2014 and we thought it was fantastic. The hotel is within walking distance of the port of Patitiri with its taverns, shops and beach, but it is still very quiet. Roussom Gialos beach is also within walking distance. Hostess Gianna Anasthasiou and her husband are very hospitable and nice. They picked us up at the ferry and we were welcomed with a delicious drink. The rooms were spotless and stylish and luxuriously furnished with a very comfortable bed, a mini fridge, a beautiful bathroom with all kinds of toiletries and a balcony with nice seats. The breakfast was also wonderful with lots of local and fresh products. You could pass on the evening before what you would like to eat the next morning. In short: there was nothing to complain about and I can recommend it to everyone.

Rooms have adequate space and the bathroom is spacious. Cleanliness is spot on. Another interesting detail is that a lot of care is taken for recycling waste and most if not all amenities are also recyclable. Breakfast is ordered the day before, with plenty of options and good sized portions. Everything served is fresh including juice and so on. Location is also great, near the port without the noise and traffic of the nearby Patitiri village. Covid measures are in place. With so many rooms options in Alonnisos, Ikion stands out for its politeness, cozyness, cleanliness and attention to detail. Easy 5/5 from a generally demanding customer.

The rooms were clean and best of all the beds are COMFORTABLE! that’s a tough thing to find in Greece. The breakfast in the morning was made fresh and combined with the view from our room was definitely something to remember. I can’t Waite to come back!
