Στο σάιτ δεν παρέχονται οι απαραίτητες πληροφορίες για τα προβλήματα που μπορεί να αντιμετωπίσει το κάθε μέλος...
They never answer the phones, they never serve the members, WHO PAY SUBSCRIPTION to work there. Shame on them.
The site does not provide the necessary information about the problems that each member may face ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι κάκιστη. Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους για μία ερώτηση και η συμπεριφορά ήταν ανάλογη του παλιού καλού δημόσιου υπαλλήλου. Με κάνανε μπαλάκι ο ένας τον άλλον και τα τηλέφωνα δεν τα σηκώνουν ποτέ. Για τα λεφτά που δίνουμε κάθε χρόνο πιστεύω ότι είναι κοροϊδία.
Service is bad. I contacted them for a question and the behavior was commensurate with the good old civil servant. They were balancing each other and the phones never lift. For the money we give each year I think it's a hoax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά ανύπαρκτοι....ΔΕΝ απαντούν ΠΟΤΕ στο τηλέφωνο, μπαίνεις στην αναμονή και επιδεικτικά ακούς τον ήχο που το σηκώνουν και το κλείνουν. Στα emails επίσης ΟΥΔΕΜΙΑ απάντηση. Τρισχειρότεροι από δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι...απορώ γιατί πληρώνουμε συνδρομή σε κάποιους που δεν υπάρχουν ΠΟΤΕ δίπλα μας.
Simply non-existent .... they NEVER answer the phone, you enter the waiting area and ostentatiously you hear the sound that they raise and turn it off. To the emails also NO answer. Worse than civil servants ... I wonder why we pay subscription to someone who is NEVER by our side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου ζητήθηκε σήμερα με email από το ΟΕΕ σχολιασμός & αξιολόγηση των ηλεκτρονικών υπηρεσιών του, θυμήθηκα λοιπόν, έψαξα & βρήκα το εξής:
Στίς 10/6/2021 υπέβαλλα αίτημα στις ηλεκτρονικές υπηρεσίες του αλλαγής στοιχείων μου. Στις 23/6/2021 μου ήλθε απαντητικό email ότι η κατάστασή μου άλλαξε, προφανώς εννοούσαν ότι ικανοποίησαν το αίτημα αλλαγής των στοιχείων μου. Σήμερα 7/10/2021 & αφού μου ζήτησαν την γνώμη μου με το email που μου εστάλη, μπήκα στην καρτέλα με τα στοιχεία μου, κάποια από αυτά άλλαξαν & κάποια παρέμειναν αδιόρθωτα & μη αλλαγμένα. Αυτά μήπως & βελτιωθούν πράγματι κάποια πράγματα αφού άλλωστε αυτό είναι πράγματι & το ζητούμενο.
I was asked today by email by the AIF to comment & evaluate its online services, so I remembered, searched & found the following:
On 10/6/2021 I submitted a request to the online services of my data change. On 23/6/2021 I received a reply email that my situation had changed, apparently they meant that they satisfied the request to change my details. Today 7/10/2021 & after they asked me for my opinion with the email that was sent to me, I entered the tab with my details, some of them changed & some remained uncorrected & unchanged. These may actually improve some things since this is indeed what is required.
