★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks nice, with comfortable seating on a nice location. Unfortunatetly that is the only positive aspect of our visit.
The terrace was practically empty but it took atleast 10 minutes before we could order anything. Meanwhile the staff was busy cleaning and rearranging the seating for no apparent reason. It took another 15 minutes before we got our drinks. Trying to pay took a trip to the bank (no bank cards accepted) and another 10 minutes of waiting. I'm in no rush when I'm having a holiday but this was ridiculous.
The worst part of the experience was the owner. He was constantly shouting and commanding his personel as if they were slaves, without lifting a finger himself, except to move empty seats around for no reason, while customers were still waiting on their drinks. In turn, the staff became more and more stressed out and looked miserable, service without a smile.
People were sitting down, saw what was going on and left without ordering. I can only recommend you dont sit down in the first place and choose another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chief of the bar is absolute horrible. He treats his employees like slaves. He is a total control freak. The employees seems to be frightened by the sullenness of the chief.
By the way. It took 30 minutes to get my cocktail which tasted quite good.
Hope the employees gets better jobs soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although this cafe has a good location, the service is horrible. I sat down at a small, open table and the manager immediately asked me to move to a less comfortable table. Then, my Freddo espresso was served only half full. I noticed other tables getting full glasses and the typical complimentary cookies. I never received any.
While I was finishing my drink, my waitress approached me and asked me if I was ready to pay. I said I wasn’t finished yet and she said “ok well can you pay now anyway?” It was very rude and I’ve never had this happen in Greece. Other tables had been there longer than me, so I wasn’t overstaying my welcome.
The prices are too high for the quality and the WiFi barely works. I do not recommend!
