Κάποιες ώρες πριν το ραντεβού, μου τηλεφώνησαν για να με ρωτήσουν αν γίνεται να παω μισή ώρα αργότερα. Όταν έφτασα εκεί, μετα απο δεκαλεπτη καθυστέρηση η τεχνίτρια βιαζόταν γιατι θα περίμενε το επόμενο ραντεβού με αποτέλεσμα να με κάψει με την λιμα στα περισσότερα νύχια. Όταν πήγα να πληρώσω κατάλαβα ότι με χρέωσαν για επιμήκυνση σε φυσικό νυχι διότι τα νύχια μου είχαν μεγαλώσει πολύ και δεν το θεώρησαν συντήρηση ΧΩΡΙΣ ΟΜΩΣ να με εχουν ενημερώσουν από πριν, αλλά την στιγμή που πηγα να πληρώσω. Τέλος δεν είχα κάποια μείωση στην τιμή για τις πληγές που μου είχαν δημιουργήσει στα δάχτυλα. Ντροπή για ένα παραπάνω ραντεβού να ρίχνεται τόσο πολύ την ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών σας και να χρεώνετε ότι θέλετε χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση. Απαράδεκτο κατάστημα και εξυπηρέτηση.... I had an appointment at this store for gel maintenance. A few hours before the appointment, they called me to ask if I could go half an hour later. When I got there, after a ten-minute delay, the technician was in a hurry because she would wait for the next appointment, as a result of which she burned me with the file on most of my nails. When I went to pay I realized that I was charged for a natural nail extension because my nails had grown too much and they did not consider it maintenance WITHOUT having informed me in advance, but the moment I went to pay. Finally I did not have any reduction in the price for the wounds they had created on my fingers. Shame on you for throwing away so much quality of your services and charging what you want without any updates. Unacceptable store and service ....
