We had a coffee break there and happy people serving us with excellent quality coffee at an extremely reasonable price.
If you like honey.. they have a grocery shop adjacent selling locally produced honeys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place that serves authentic Cretan cuisine! The ladies running the place are taking you in a kitchen full of open pots where you decide what you want among a very big variety of traditional dishes. (An interesting experience by its own :) ) Cretan snails, stuffed zucchini flowers, squid with fennel, goat, stamnagathi salad and Cretan cheese are a few of the great options. Stuff is very friendly and the prices are quite low. I left from this tavern pretty excited and I think it doesn't get enough credits as it has same or slight lower rates than other restaurants that serve very "touristic", mediocre food. Note: you should not visit the place later than early evening cause most of the dishes are already finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved this restaurant and the host was very friendly. We got invited to the kitchen to pick the food they made that day, really unique way of menu engineering, we really enjoyed this local experience! Food was good too, most importantly!
