★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η υπάλληλος μου είπε ψέματα ότι δεν μπορεί να ακυρώσει και επανεκτυπωσει τα εισιτήρια που μόλις είχα βγάλει, για να μου επιστραφεί το μεταφορικό ισοδύναμο. Ουσιαστικά αδιαφόρησε από την βαρεμάρα της, για το αν έχει ανάγκη ο άνθρωπος που είναι απέναντί της τα χρήματα που θα δαπανήσει! Έπειτα από επικοινωνία με την πλοιοκτήτρια εταιρεία, επέστρεψα για να της πω ότι πρέπει να ντρέπεται για αυτό που κάνει και η απάντηση της ήταν να με προτρέψει να πάω στο κιόσκι της ΑΝΕΚ και να εξυπηρετηθω από αυτούς που μου έδωσαν τις πληροφορίες!! Συμπεριφορά και εξυπηρέτηση μηδέν!!!! Τελικά τα χρήματα που θα έπρεπε να μου επιστραφούν, χάθηκαν!!
The employee lied to me that he could not cancel and reprint the tickets I had just received, in order to get my transport equivalent back. She is essentially indifferent to her burden, whether the person who is against her needs the money she will spend! After contacting the shipowner, I came back to tell her that she should be ashamed of what she was doing and her response was to urge me to go to ANEK's kiosk and to be served by those who gave me the information !! Behavior and service zero !!!! Finally the money that should have been returned to me was lost !!
