G	George Kalas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι ψηφιακή διακυβέρνηση και πράσινα άλογα, κάνεις αίτημα μέσω της πλατφόρμας της ΑΑΔΕ για υπόθεση σου και σε παραπέμπει μέσω email σε τηλέφωνο στην εν λόγω ΔΟΥ και πάνω που λες τι καλα και μπράβο παίρνεις το τηλέφωνο και βρίσκεσαι στον δημοσιοϋπαλληλικό μεσαίωνα όταν το σηκώνει υπάλληλος αγενής καί με μηδενική διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης. Τό μόνο πού κερδίζεις τελικά είναι νά σπάσεις τα νεύρα σου και τη δουλειά σου να μην κάνεις .. Έπρεπε να είχε καί μηδέν η αξιολόγηση γιατί το ένα αστέρι πολύ σας είναι. Κανένας δεν γνωρίζει τη δικαιοδοσία του, κυριολεκτικά σε στέλνουν από τον ένα όροφο στον άλλο σαν μπαλάκι του τέννις. Έσοδα: Δεν ξέρουμε τίποτα γι’αυτο, πηγαίντε εισόδημα. Εισόδημα: Δεν έχουμε καμία σχέση, πηγαίντε έσοδα. 5 φορές πάνω κάτω στους ορόφους. Συν τοις άλλοις, αγενέστατες υπάλληλοι, με μηδέν επαγγελματισμό. Για όποιον αναγκαστεί να επισκεφθεί την εφορία Ηλιουπολης: Καλό κουράγιο, καλή τύχη και θυμηθείτε να φορέσετε αθλητικά παπούτσια. Tragic situation. Stereotypes about certain types of civil servants hold up well and are justified here. Nobody knows their jurisdiction, they literally send you from one floor to another like a tennis ball. Revenue: We know nothing about it, go get income. Income: We have nothing to do, go revenue. 5 times up and down the floors. On top of that, very rude employees, with zero professionalism. For anyone who has to visit the tax office of Ilioupolis: Good courage, good luck and remember to wear sports shoes.
D	Dimitra Giakoumelou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για ένα συγκεκριμένο θέμα χρειάστηκε να πάω 2 φορές στην εφορία Ηλιούπολης όπου εξυπηρετήθηκα άψογα και απ το Μητρώο και από το Κεφάλαιο και από το Πρωτόκολο. Δεν το περίμενα με τίποτα. Σχετικά με κάποιες απορίες μου που τις έθετα μέσω του my aade είχα άμεση ανταπόκριση και τηλεφωνική και ηλεκτρονική. Σας ευχαριστώ όλους!!! For a specific issue I had to go twice to the tax office of Ilioupolis where I was served perfectly by the Registry and the Chapter and the Protocol. I did not expect it with anything. Regarding some of my questions that I asked through my aade I had immediate response both by phone and electronically. Thank you all!!!
S	Sylvia Markopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες που μπορεί να έχει κάποιος. Είναι τόσα τα αρνητικά που δεν νομίζω οτι μπορώ να τα γράψω. Μόνο 2 υπάλληλοι μπόρεσαν και με βοήθησαν. Όλοι οι άλλοι είναι να τους βάλεις στη σειρά και να πετάς ντομάτες! Απαράδεκτοι!!! Και το 1 αστέρι αναγκαστικά το βάζω, γιατί δεν υπάρχει η επιλογή να μην βάλω κανένα! Ντροπή!

The other reviews too.A place to avoid ,if possible...Unfortunately a sign of a failed state .
