★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last time. She wasn’t gentle to my hair at all. Everything was made with rush and with out any of the perfection and paying attention to details. The keratin straightening last in my hair only 2-3 weeks. But after experience that horrible service, I’m surprise it survive that long. Can you ever imagine go to hairdresser and you must dry your hair on your own. If no here it can happened. Unpleasant experience. The way of doing my keratin straightening-awful. Never again. Avoiding that place definitely.
