Δεν είχαν να μας δώσουν άλλα γιατί μας είπαν ότι όλα τα ξύλα για την ίδια χρήση της αποθήκης έχουν τρύπες από σαράκι!!!! Τι να πω .... συγχαρητήρια για τα προϊόντα σας... Wood for flooring with serpent !!! Complete inconvenience to take them back so as not to discuss the cost of transport and the workers we have been burdened with. Με το παραμικρό έβγαλε προβλήματα. Έφεραν δικό τους τεχνικό να το δουν και αφού το είδαν μας είπαν ότι έχει πρόβλημα και φταίμε εμείς. Δεν ασχολήθηκαν καθόλου να βρουν λύση και μας πετάξαν στα αζήτητα. Αφού είχαν πληρωθεί έδειξαν μια αδιαφορία που δεν αρμόζει σε σοβαρή επιχειρήση. ΜΕΙΝΕΤΕ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ! d	dimitris kabranis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κατάστημα θεωρεί φυσιολογική την φθορά και το ξεθώριασμα του δαπέδου laminate Origin/Kronoswiss σε μόλις 4 χρόνια χρήσης και παρόλο που ο κατασκευαστείς παρέχει εγγύηση εντός αυτού του χρονικού πλαισίου, αρνούνται να σε εξυπηρετήσουν και προσπαθούν να ρίξουν την ευθύνη σε καθαριστικά όπως Pronto/Overlay/Azax που χρησιμοποιεί ο κάθε καταναλωτής εδώ και χρόνια για την καθαριότητα του χώρου του χωρίς καμία επίπτωση στα πατώματα επί σειράς ετών. Τουλάχιστον λυπάμαι που ήρθα αντιμέτωπος με έναν τέτοιο έμπορο που την στιγμή που χρειάστηκε ξέχασε τον επαγγελματισμό του και ξεκίνησε να ρίχνει την ευθύνη στην "κερκίδα". Κρίμα ...
