Χάλασε ένα εξάρτημα από ένα καπάκι soft closing και από την πρώτη στιγμή τους πήρα τηλ και έστειλα e-mail με φωτογραφίες και την απόδειξη αγοράς...
Μερικές εβδομάδες μετά και αφού πήρα εγώ τηλέφωνο 4-5 φορες (τουλάχιστον), κατάφεραν να διαβάσουν το e-mail μου.
Με βάλανε ξανά να στείλω φώτο και να μετρήσω το εξάρτημα λες που δεν είχανε ήδη όλα τα στοιχεία πάνω στην απόδειξη αγοράς που τους είχα στείλει εξαρχής.
Αφού μου είπαν ότι είναι στην εγγύηση το καπάκι soft closing που είχαμε πάρει και του οποίου εξάρτημα είχε σπάσει (ένα πλαστικό στον μεντεσέ), σχεδόν 2 μήνες μετά κατάφεραν να το βρουν και να το φέρουν στο κατάστημα να το παραλάβω αλλά τι να δεις? 5 ευρώ χρέωση επειδή φταίμε εμείς που χάλασε ο μεντεσές σε καπάκι soft closing!!!
Συμπεράσματα :
1. Καλύτερα να μου λέγανε δεν το έχουμε για να ψάξω αλλού ή να πετάξω το καπάκι της Porcelana στα σκουπίδια και να πάρω άλλο (από αλλού εννοείται!!! )
2. Συμπεριφέρθηκαν σαν να είναι ψιλικατζίδικες (5 ευρώ χρέωση για κάτι που "καλύπτεται από την εγγύηση")
3. Μας παίδεψαν σχεδόν 2 μήνες για ένα απλό εξάρτημα
4. καλή σας τύχη εάν θα σας χαλάσει κάτι από την porcelana
5. Μεγάλη απογοήτευση αφού νόμιζα ότι είναι σοβαρή εταιρεία
6. ΚΑΛΎΤΕΡΑ ΝΑ ΠΆΤΕ ΑΛΛΟΎ ΓΙΑ ΑΝΤΙΣΤΟΙΧΑ ΕΊΔΗ...μαλλον θα είναι και πιο φτηνά
Poor customer service and treatment. Their after sales support is ... Just awful!
A part of a soft closing lid broke and from the first moment I called them and sent an e-mail with photos and the purchase receipt ...
A few weeks later and after I called 4-5 times (at least), they managed to read my e-mail.
They made me send a photo again and measure the accessory as if they did not already have all the information on the purchase receipt I had sent them from the beginning.
After they told me that the soft closing lid we had taken and whose part was broken (a plastic in the hinge) is under warranty, almost 2 months later they managed to find it and bring it to the store to pick it up but what to see? 5 euro charge because it is our fault that the hinge broke in a soft closing lid !!!
Conclusions:
1. They better tell me we do not have it to look elsewhere or throw the Porcelana lid in the trash and get another one (of course from elsewhere !!!)
2. They behaved as if they were convenience stores (5 euro charge for something that is "covered by the guarantee")
3. We were trained for almost 2 months for a simple accessory
4. Good luck if something from porcelana spoils you
5. Big disappointment since I thought it was a serious company
6. BETTER TO GO ELSEWHERE FOR CORRESPONDING ITEMS ... it will probably be cheaper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω πως κάποιος μπορει βα βάλει κάτω από 5αστερια ! Είναι οι πιο πλήρης εταιρια στον τομέα . Μετά την πτώση τιμών βρίσκεις εξαιρετικά πλακάκια ποιοτητας σε πολύ νορμαλ τιμές και πάντοτε υπάρχει η επιλογή για πιο luxury σειρές . Οσο για την εξυπηρέτηση ....6 αστέρια !
I can't understand how anyone can put under 5 stars! They are the most complete company in the field. After the fall in prices you find excellent quality tiles at very normal prices and there is always the option for more luxurious series. As for the service .... 6 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπέροχη, τεράστια έκθεση που εκτείνεται σε 2 ορόφους!!! Πλακάκια, είδη υγιεινής σε απίθανα σχέδια με διάφορους και διαφορετικούς χρωματισμούς και προ πάντων για όλα τα πορτοφόλια!!! Εξυπηρετικότατο και φιλικότατο προσωπικό με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη προσπάθησαν και πέτυχαν να μας ικανοποιήσουν τα μέγιστα!!!
Wonderful, huge exhibition that extends to 2 floors !!! Tiles, sanitary ware in amazing designs with different and different colors and above all for all wallets !!! Very helpful and very friendly staff with a smile on their face tried and succeeded to satisfy us to the maximum !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενας εκπληκτικα καλοσχεδιασμενος και ντεκοραρισμενος χωρος. Πεντακαθαρη εκθεση, απιστετο design καο πολυ εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο. Ετοιμαζω μια συνεργασια μαζι τους. Βαζω 4 αστερια μεχει να δω και τα αποτελεσματα της συνεργασιας μας. Τετιοι χωροι με τετοιες ευκαιριες τιμων αξιζουν τον κοπο επισκεψης για να διαπιστωσεις οτι η πολυτελεια μπορει και ειναι προσιτη.
Μολις τοποθετηθηκε μια κουζινα-στολιδι στο σπιτι μου. Ευχαριστω πολυ ολους τους συνελεστες για την ολοκληρωση της εργασιας. Η συνεργασια ηταν αψογη και τα αποτελεσματα εκπλητικα. Μπραβο σε ολους
A surprisingly well-designed and decorated space. Extremely exquisite exhibition, unrivaled design and very helpful staff. I'm getting a co-operation with them. I'm staring 4 stars to see the results of our cooperation. Third places with such price opportunities are worth the visit to find that luxury can and is affordable.
Once a kitchen-ornament was placed in my house. I thank many colleagues for completing work. The cooperation was flawless and the results surprisingly. Well done to everybody
