Θα ήταν παράλειψη αν δεν έκανα μνεία στον υπεύθυνο ο οποίος είναι το άγρυπνο ματι και η ψυχή του καταστηματος και ο οποίος φροντίζει ώστε να λειτουργούν όλα τέλεια και να φεύγουν όλοι ικανοποιημένοι.
