★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα πρόβλημα με τον στεγνωτήρα/ πλυντήριο ρούχων. Ήλθε ο Νίκος, δυο φορές , για να βεβαιωθεί ποιο ήταν το πρόβλημα, παραγγείλαμε το ανταλλακτικό και σήμερα το τοποθέτησε! και η βλάβη διορθώθηκε. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στον σωστό επαγγελματία και άνθρωπο.
I had a problem with the dryer / washing machine. Nikos came, twice, to make sure what the problem was, we ordered the spare part and today he installed it! and the fault was corrected. A big thank you to the right professional and person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα μακροχρόνιο πρόβλημα με το πλυντήριο ρούχων ( BOSCH)...δεν έπαιρνε το μαλακτικό... Απευθύνθηκα στην εταιρία τους θεωρώντας ότι είναι η σαπουνοθηκη! Καταρχήν μου είπαν ότι η βλάβη δεν εντοπίζεται στην σαπουνοθηκη (κατόπιν ελέγχου από τεχνικό και να τονίσω εδώ ότι στο ραντεβού ήταν ΤΑΧΙΣΤΟΙ!!!!) και ότι υπάρχει πρόβλημα στην πλακέτα! Μου βρήκαν το πρωτότυπο ανταλλακτικό και κανονίσαμε ραντεβού για την τοποθέτηση...(Το πλυντήριο είναι τουλάχιστον 10ετιας)!!
Ευχαριστώ πολύ τόσο για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση πελατών στο κέντρο μνμτων,ενημέρωση και καθοδήγηση οσο και την τοποθέτηση και έλεγχο απο τον τεχνικό!!! Πραγματικά, μόνο τα καλύτερα και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!!
I had a long-term problem with the washing machine (BOSCH) ... it did not take the fabric softener ... I turned to their company, considering that it is the soap case! First I was told that the fault is not located in the soap case (after checking by a technician and to emphasize here that at the appointment they were FAST !!!!) and that there is a problem with the board! They found the original spare part for me and we arranged an appointment for the installation ... (The washing machine is at least 10 years old) !!
Thank you very much for the immediate customer service in the memory center, information and guidance as well as the installation and control by the technician !!! Really, only the best and I highly recommend it !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα πρόβλημα με τον κάδο παλιού πλυντηρίου, το οποίο μετά από επίσκεψη του τεχνικού ενημερώθηκα πως δεν άξιζε να επισκευαστεί, οπότε και τους ζήτησα να επισκευάσουν το προηγούμενο πλυντήριο μου που είχε θέμα με το στύψιμο. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άμεση και σε πολύ λογική τιμή. Ευγενικοί όλοι όσοι εργάζονται στην εταιρεία!
I had a problem with the old washing machine bucket, which after a visit from the technician I was informed was not worth repairing, so I asked them to repair my previous washing machine which had an issue with spinning. The service was immediate and at a very reasonable price. Kind everyone who works in the company!
