V	Vicky Mitroulia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λυπάμαι, άλλαξα εταιρεία και ήρθα στην συγκεκριμένη για καλύτερη ταχύτητα. Άθλια ταχύτητα από την πρώτη μέρα. Σε ένα διαμέρισμα 75 τμ από το σαλόνι που έχουν τοποθετήσει το router στην κρεβατοκάμαρα δεν έχει καθόλου σήμα!!!!! Η απάντηση που μου έδωσε ο τεχνικός τους από το τηλέφωνο είναι ότι όταν αναφέρονται στις συγκεκριμένες ταχύτητες μιλούν για καλώδιο και όχι για ασύρματο δίκτυο, πράγμα για το οποίο δεν εμε είχαν ενημερώσει πριν το συμβόλαιο!!!! Πραγματικά άθλια!!!!! I'm sorry, I changed company and came to this one for better speed. Poor speed from day one. In an apartment of 75 sqm from the living room where the router has been placed in the bedroom, it has no signal at all !!!!! The answer given to me by their technician over the phone is that when they refer to the specific speeds they are talking about cable and not wireless network, which I was not informed about before the contract !!!! Really miserable !!!!!

O	Olga Lg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από 1 μήνα που περιμέναμε, ήρθε επιτέλους ο τεχνικός στο σπίτι για να συνδέσει το ρούτερ. Το συνδέει, υποτίθεται όλα καλά. Μολις φεύγει, ίντερνετ ούτε για αστείο, συνεχώς έκανε αποσύνδεση και δεν είχε ταχύτητα. Επικοινωνώ μαζί τους εκ νέου και μετά από ώρες στέλνουν άλλον τεχνικό, ο οποίος υποστήριξε πως είχε θέμα το ρούτερ και το άλλαξε. Κατά τη διάρκεια της επίσκεψής του το νέο ρούτερ εξακολουθούσε να έχει θέμα το ίντερνετ. Πότε έπιανε, πότε όχι. Ώσπου μετά από ώρα λέει "Δεν μπορώ να κάνω κάτι άλλο" (ικανοποιητικότατη απάντηση από τεχνικό της εταιρείας!) Επικοινώνησα αμέσως με το τεχνικό τμήμα, όπου μετα από πολύλεπτη συζήτηση μου είπαν πως τελικά μάλλον κάτι άλλο φταίει και θα έρθει πάλι τεχνικός να ελέγξει όλη την εγκατάσταση. Ακόμα περιμένω. Και το καλύτερο είναι πως ο λογαριασμός "τρέχει" κι ας μην έχω ίντερνετ. Θα επανέλθω με update. Update: Ήρθε τελικά τεχνικός άμεσα, έπειτα από δική μου πίεση, ο οποίος γνώριζε τη δουλειά του και ρύθμισε το πρόβλημα. Η βαθμολογία διαμορφώνεται στα 3 αστέρια, διότι θα πρέπει να εκπαιδεύσετε όλο το προσωπικό σας ώστε να γνωρίζει την αντιμετώπιση τέτοιων προβλημάτων άμεσα και χωρίς να ταλαιπωρεί τον καταναλωτή. After 1 month of waiting, the technician finally came home to connect the router. It connects, supposedly all is well. As soon as he left, the internet was not for fun, he constantly disconnected and had no speed. I contact them again and after hours they send another technician, who claimed that the router had an issue and changed it. During his visit the new router was still a topic of the internet. When he caught, when not. Until after an hour he says "I can not do anything else" (very satisfactory answer from a company technician!) I immediately contacted the technical department, where after many minutes of discussion I was told that finally something else is probably wrong and a technician will come again to check everything the installation. I'm still waiting. And the best part is that the account is "running" even though I do not have internet. I will come back with an update. Update: Finally a technician came immediately, under my pressure, who knew his job and fixed the problem. The rating is set at 3 stars, because you should train all your staff to know how to deal with such problems immediately and without bothering the consumer.
R	RG SIXTYNINE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο σε εξυπηρέτηση και τεχνική υποστήριξη υπάρχεις ένας τεχνικός για όλη την Αττική…Μακριά παιδιά υπάρχουν πολύ σοβαρότερες εταιρίες και με καλύτερο προϊόν Worse in service and technical support there is a technician for all of Attica… Long children there are much more serious companies and with a better product
Δ	Δημήτρης Κουδουμνάκης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά ότι καλύτερο έχω δοκιμάσει σε Internet μέχρι τώρα. Πέραν του πρώτου μήνα που είχα μερικά σκαμπανεβάσματα στην ταχύτητα (λογικό εώς ένα βαθμό λόγω τωμ μετρήσεων της γραμμής που γίνονται πάντα σε αλλαγή παρόχου) όλα δουλεύουν άψογα. Αποσύνδεση ούτε για αστείο, κόλλημα στο Internet (τι είναι αυτό), download και streaming άψογο. Έχω το πακέτο με τα 100mbps και μέσω wi fi δίνει μέχρι και λίγο άνω από 50mbps καθότι το router είναι 2.5Ghz και με καλώδιο ethernet η ταχύτητα ξεπερνάει τα 100 και σε download και σε upload! Συγχαρητήρια, χρησιμοποιώ την υπηρεσία ήδη 5 μήνες και είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος! Really the best I've tried on the Internet so far. Except for the first month that I had a few ups and downs in speed (reasonable to a degree due to the line measurements that are always made in a change of provider) everything works perfectly. Disconnect even for a joke, stuck on the Internet (what is this), download and streaming flawlessly. I have the package with 100mbps and via wi fi it gives up to a little over 50mbps as the router is 2.5Ghz and with ethernet cable the speed exceeds 100 in both download and upload! Congratulations, I have been using the service for 5 months now and I am absolutely happy!
