★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a SIM card at their door front booth, said including 13G at 10eur, but no connection after using for 2 days. When returning to ask them, they said it is not including internet surfing, the staff is so irresponsible and that is totally a scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ABSOLUTE WORST service provider! I have been waiting now 3 weeks for the technician who is looking after my query to call me back. I call Vodafone on a daily basis and I am given that information. He will call you today. He never calls. I haven't had Internet for 3 weeks now! No phone. No Internet. No TV. Plus they give you 10GB to use on your phone as a modem but with a limit of 3gb a day. Working from home this pewny 3gb does not touch sides. I am cancelling my contract ASAP. never seen such unprofessional behaviour, I will also move my 2 cellphones to another network. NEVER AGAIN. highly not recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/5 employees showed up after the store was supposed to be opened, store did not open until later. Employees only seemed to care about joking around with each other, ignoring customers. Just go somewhere else if you need to get things done.
Edit: I went again in 2022 and things were very smooth, just do not go in the morning when they open I guess.
