Καμία ενημέρωση από τους τεχνικούς ειδικά μετά την "χαρτογράφηση". έπειτα από ένα κάρο τηλέφωνα και email τελικά μου λένε ότι δε θα μπορέσουν να μου κάνουν σύνδεση διότι δεν προλάβαν να καταθέσουν είπαν άδειες on time και θα κάνει 3 με 4 μήνες ακόμα. Αν δηλαδή είχα προλάβει να γίνω πελάτης και είχα πρόβλημα τι θα έκανα τάμα για να βρω τεχνική υποστήριξη? Μακριά! Μετά μην έχετε απορίες γιατί γίνεται ο ΟΤΕ μονοπώλιο και δεν μπορεί να τον χτυπήσει κανείς. Εσείς φταίτε που διώχνετε πελάτες και αδιαφορείτε! Πολύ αδιαφορία,ψέματα και γραφικότητες ήδη, χωρίς καν να μπορέσω να δοκιμασώ τις υπηρεσίες που υποτίθεται ότι παρέχουν. ΒΛΑΒΗ υπάρχει πλέον αρκετά συχνά, η συχνότητα που τυχαίνει να μην έχεις internet είναι τουλάχιστον μία φορά τον μήνα για 1-2 ώρες (πολλές φορές πρωινές ώρες 10-11). Επειδή έχουμε και σε άλλους χώρους μας σύνδεση βλέπουμε ότι οι βλάβες πιάνουν πολλές φορές όλο το δίκτυο από Ν. Ιωνία μέχρι Μαρούσι. Δεν συνιστάται για άτομα που δουλεύουν από σπίτι και δεν μπορούν να έχουν απρόβλεπτα downtimes. Προσωπικά έχω και backup γραμμή από ΟΤΕ και γυρνάω εκεί κάθε φορά που έχουν θέμα.
