Δεν τους ενδιαφέρει αν είσαι πελάτης και καθόλου να γίνεις νέος πελάτης.
Δεν απαντούν σε ερωτήσεις, αλλά σου λένε να μπεις στο Ίντερνετ για να δεις τα πακέτα κλπ.
Όταν είπα πως ξέρω τι πακέτο έχω δει αλλά θέλω να ρωτήσω κάποιες διευκρινίσεις μου απάντησε ένας υπάλληλος πως ‘’δεν γνωρίζουμε τα πακέτα στο site’’ .
Του απαντάω ‘’Μπες λίγο στο site (εννοείται το επίσημο της wind) για να σου δείξω τι απορία έχω’’ και μου λέει ‘’ Δεν γίνεται’’.
Μην έχοντας καταλάβει τι θέλει να πει, του λέω αφελέστατα : ‘’ λίγο μπες στο site , δεν έχεις internet ;’’ και μου λέει νευριασμένος ‘’ΟΧΙ ΔΕΝ ΕΧΩ’’.
Βγάλτε συμπέρασμα εξυπηρέτησης !

They do not care if you are a customer and not a new customer at all.
They don't answer questions, but they tell you to go online to see the packages etc.
When I said that I know what packages I have seen but want to ask some clarifications an employee replied that '' we do not know the packages on the site ''.
I reply to him '' Go a bit on the site (meaning the official wind) to show you what I have in mind '' and he says '' It can't be ''.
Not understanding what he is going to say, I say it over and over again: '' You just got into the site, don't you have internet? ''

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο κατάστημα wind ίσως το χειροτερο που έχω πάει ever. Πολλές φορές οι υπάλληλοι έχουν υφακι με αποκορυφωμα σήμερα να μου πει ότι δεν θέλει να με εξυπηρετήσει και οι άλλοι υπάλληλοι να μην μιλάνε καν. Μην κάνετε τον κόπο να ζητήσετε να εξυπηρετηθειτε εκεί. Λόγος να αλλάξεις εταιρεία πραγματικα.
Unacceptable wind shop probably the worst I've ever been to. Many times the employees have a climax with a climax today to tell me that he does not want to serve me and the other employees do not even talk. Do not bother to ask to be served there. Reason to change company really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δε γνωρίζω αν είναι η πολιτική της εταιρείας να εξαπατά τους πελάτες της, αλλά σίγουρα ήταν η "πολιτική" του υπαλληλου... Απαράδεκτο να πουλας συμβόλαια σε ηλικιωμένους τύπου 10€ πάνω κ τελικά να είναι 50€ πανω... Μην αφήνετε ποτέ ηλικιωμένους συγγενείς σας να πηγαίνουν σε αυτό το κατάστημα!
I do not know if it is the company's policy to deceive its customers, but it was definitely the "policy" of the employee ... It is unacceptable to sell contracts to seniors type 10 € over and finally to be 50 € over ... Never leave seniors your relatives to go to this store!
