Έπειτα από συνέντευξη (ο Θεός να την κάνει συνέντευξη) για θέση recruiter διάρκειας 10 λεπτών από έναν άνθρωπο με ψεύτικο χαμόγελο συνειδητοποιείς τι σημαίνει χάσιμο χρόνου. Για να μην αναφερθώ στο κλασικό ερωτηματολόγιο που συμπληρώνεις πριν την συνέντευξη με ανούσιες ερωτήσεις χωρίς ίχνος αντίληψης και γνώσης για το τι πραγματικά σημαίνει «συνέντευξη». Ίσως έχει να προσφέρει κάτι σε κάποιον που μόλις αποφοίτησε, αλλά όταν ο υποψήφιος κατέχει εμπειρία σε θέματα Ανθρωπίνου Δυναμικού και Μισθοδοσίας είναι ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ να ακούει από το στόμα του «χαμογελαστού» κυρίου την έκφραση «εντάξει αυτό που έκανες δεν απαιτούσε πτυχίο» αναφερόμενος σε παλαιότερη σου εργασιακή εμπειρία, την οποία αμφιβάλλω αν είχε την κρίση να αξιολογήσει, όντας χαμένος σε βιογραφικό δυο σελίδων. Εκεί καταλαβαίνεις ότι όσα πτυχία και να έχει κάποιος (αν έχει) χάνουν την αξία τους μέσα από αυτά τα λόγια υποτίμησης. Το εκνευριστικό όμως δεν είναι ότι έπεσα θύμα στα 28 μου, μετά από πολλά χρόνια ξανά, σε μια καλοστημένη αγγελία, αλλά το ότι μου είπαν πως η πρώτη συνάντηση έχει ως στόχο να γνωρίσει η εταιρεία την αύρα των υποψηφίων. Καμία γνώση διεξαγωγής συνέντευξης και προσέλκυσης κατάλληλων υποψηφίων για τις ανάγκες τους. Παιδιά, μην χάσετε ούτε μισή ώρα από τον χρόνο σας για αυτούς, αλλά κυρίως μην σας παρασύρει η χαρούμενη μουσική και το χαμόγελο του προσωπικού. Είναι όλα τόσο καλοστημένα εκτός πραγματικότητας!
