★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I delivered personally my printer for checking a problem which could have been solved even without the need for replacing a part (YouTube finding). They returned the printer unrepaired without any information about the technical checking. Moreover I couldn't reach technical support by phone - long waiting before line dropped-. At least they didn't charge me for doing nothing:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been hearing how terrible they are for years now, but only recently got to experience the full "infoquest" experience. They never keep stock of any kind of spare parts nor have a respectably fast pipeline for them so expect average repair time to be 10-30 days depending on how many days the part takes to be shipped here. Their technical skills sloppy at best many times leaving their "mark" on your serviced product. As for the customer service? Non existant. They don't even want you as a client, trying to give you back your un-repaired device as soon as you conplain for the extraordinary ammount of time it takes to be serviced. Final note, they ALWAYS charge for "technical check" even if its something ridiculusly obvious like a broken screen. Just take your device to any non authorized service business, the part will not be OEM but at least you will be treated as a valuable client. Even better, avoid any brand serviced by those people untill manufacturers pull out of that dreadful company. Good luck!
