Went the previous Monday with an imac half an hour before closing time. Next day I got a text that they ordered a new screen replacement and the exact next day I got it back fully repaired no othe problems whatsoever. I'm really satisfied.

They are not professional by any standard. Delivered my electric scooter with warranty bought from Kotsovolos. They returned with parts to replace other than the front wheel I had issues with. When I delivered it, the front wheel was jerking making an irrational speeds. If Kotsovolos are partnering with this firm, and asking their client to deliver their things there, I wouldn't trust their professionalism here. Far from it. Oh, here's the kicker. Done nothing to the device with warranty. Instead they offered to service it by part replacement deal they offered, oh yes, except the front wheel issue, which I declined. For safe keeping, they are asking €20 in return to have my device back.

Sent in my Mac Book in for a known coating issue. Their service was super responsive and quick. One week or even less i got my Mac Book back with a new screen. Very satisfied and would recommend them.

Even though desktop computer bought 7 months ago was within warranty as well as extended warranty and although the hardware had never been touched or the case ever opened or anything strange done with the computer, they took an extra 50€ for Windows blue screen immediately after boot. They re-installed Windows without changing the storage or anything at all and the next day the exact same problem occurred and they re-installed Windows again (1 week+ for each of the two times) and of course never gave the 50€ back although clearly nothing wrong done by the consumer. They get paid by the companies they cover but also insist on taking extra money from the costumers who are supposedly covered by warranty, for no reason. Ridiculous!

Bought an HP printer that was DOA out of the box (the very first day of purchase I had an error that prompted me to send the printer for repair). I send them the product and asked for a replacement. The error was obvious since the printer did not print at all and was purchased less than 24 hours ago. I took them 2 and a half weeks to initiate DOA even though their technicians acknowledged the problem immediately. They could have replaced/refunded the printer immediately, instead they waited for a response from HP first to initiate DOA because they "couldn't do anything without permission from them". I got my money's back almost a month later. Worst service EVER. Stay away.

This is after several attempts to communicate customer service through the years. infoquest is kind of one way apple service partner and they act just as much privileged. Having said that it doesn't make any sense to contact them if your product is out of warranty. They will do anything they can to avoid servicing it. My most recent call was about a magic mouse 2. Mouse has never been in an accident, nor water spills but suddenly just stopped charging. When connected to iMac it is recognized and even though it seems as it is charging it never actually does. I therefore called almost sure it is a battery thing and wanted to know the approx. cost but they would only give me the cost for evaluating the damage with no prediction or even a best educated guess on what this could mean in terms of costs. Now i would understand this if it was an iMac or any other (usually overly priced) apple product BUT for a product with market value of 70-80€ you cannot just throw 20€ into evaluating the damage. That was just an example of what could go wrong. having spent an hour behind phone calls with apple and then with Infoquest is a hobby I wont get into again. Not anytime soon anyway !

Info quest doesn't repair electronics that are not purchased in greece. Completely ridiculous. I am foreigner and want to live in Greece, so I move with my electronics in Greece and I cannot repair them in Greece if under warranty !! So you have to lose 1 hour of your time to go to them and they tell you to leave with your broken electronic. I went to them with an Mi mop under warranty and the refused to fix it
